I'm not too keen on asking for help, but in the current situation I really need it.

After several months of working non-stop to try and get myself out of trouble, the situation I'm in has only worsened. I am currently in Russia, the war has separated me from my long time lover who's a Ukrainian citizen; my anti-war political standpoint and the fact that I'm a member of the LGBTQ+ community both make living here a huge risk, the chance that I might be prosecuted or lynched for my posts or my orientation becomes greater every day. I have already received death threats that make it clear that someone knows my contacts and what I'm posting.

I need to apply for asylum, preferably in the Netherlands where my lover is at the moment. Sadly, it currently doesn't issue short-time Schengen visas for Russian citizens and I'm unsure if we can try to get me a long-stay one. So, to have the chance to leave Russia, I have to get a Schengen visa of another country. For that, I either need large funds saved on my bank account (150k RUB, which is around 2500EUR. I currently have a third of this amount) of a person to write a sponsor letter for me. Some countries have official documents that can be written instead that would guarantee that a person will take financial responsibility over me. Such document will only be needed to issue a Schengen visa so I can travel to Netherlands, I will not actually be staying with you or in need of any kind of financial aid. I can get a visa from any country in the Schengen zone that issues short-term visas, so if you live (almost anywhere) in Europe you can help me. And I really need help.

If you're familiar with the Netherlands' immigration system you can also help by providing information on how we can issue me an MVV and if we can actually do it. If you know a way for me to get a job in the Netherlands that would require me to travel there, that would also be a great help.
