✦ You may use she/he/they (I am AFAB)
✦ I offer digital art: colored sketches, full render art, YCHs, custom character designs, reference sheets, fanart and complex backgrounds depending on the project and our discussion.
✦ Communication is preferred via FA Notes or Discord. Email can be used if necessary, but it’s not my go-to.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
WHAT I WILL / WON’T DRAW✦ I will draw:
Anthros, furries, humanoids, monsters, ferals, multiple characters, machinery, weapons, armor, SFW, mild to heavy NSFW, kink-friendly content (upon discussion), fanart, and complex backgrounds. Bring me your chaos, I’ll shape it into art.
✦ I won’t draw:
Sexualized underage characters, non-consensual acts, anything illegal or themed around racist/ sexist/ ableist/ homophobic/ transphobic/ xenophobic, or otherwise hateful and/or discriminatory themes. Including but not limited to age play, bathroom themes (fecal play, urine, "water sports"), sexualized pregnancy, characters in unwanted pain, bestiality [human/anthro on feral], ABDL, domestic abuse, flatulence (farting), necrophilia, snuff, rainbow play (vomit).
✦ On Censorship:
I don’t believe in censoring art – art exists to express, reflect, and sometimes scream. That said, I will consider drawing heavy or controversial themes listed above – but only if it's approached from a place of reflection, storytelling, or processing. Not for shock value. Not for romanticization. Not for glorification. These topics require discussion, understanding, and purpose.

All prices are in USD. Payment is through DeviantArt Commissions (via PayPal/Card/GPay/etc.).

Prices vary depending on complexity, style, number of characters, and whether you're asking for soft lighting or a ten-layer hellscape of muscle, sweat, and magical glowing bits. Base prices are listed bellow, but everything beyond that is tailored like a good suit. Custom quotes available after discussion.
✦ When to Pay
Adopts & YCHs: Full payment upfront within 48 hours of claim/auction end.
Commissions:
For pieces under $100 – full payment upfront.
For pieces over $100 – 50% upfront, 50% after sketch approval (If you require so. In any other instance – full payment upfront).
✦ Refund Policy
100% refund only if I haven’t started the piece.
Partial refunds may be available if I’ve begun work, based on how far along I am.
Once the piece is finished and delivered: No refunds.
You’re paying for time, not just pixels. I don’t owe you a refund because your muse changed their hairstyle.
If anything is wrong, you don't like how something's turning up while we work, please – communicate! I have review stages for a reason. This is in our best interests – to make everything perfect and have fun along the way~

If you already have a sheet for your character & you just want a fresh one (with or without design changes) you will have a discount to your total quote (depends on level of changes you want made for your character.) Discussed in detail.
COMMERCIAL USE FEE
✦ 2x the base price for personal branding, merchandise, games, VTubing, etc.
✦ 3x if it's for mass production (comics, animation, game release, physical merch, etc.)
→ Credit is still required.
→ You’re buying a license to use, not to claim you made it. Daddy still sees you.
URGENCY FEE
Need it fast? Like burning through the atmosphere fast?
✦ +25% of total price – for a guaranteed 3–7 day delivery (depends on piece)
✦ +50% of total price – for 24–48 hours rush (if my schedule allows it, baby)
→ Must be discussed first. I don’t magically clone myself. Yet.
EXCLUSIVITY FEE
Want to keep your commission private and off my gallery, social media, or portfolio? That’s totally fine – just means you’re buying not just the art, but my silence too 😘
✦ Add +50% of the base price for non-disclosure use.
✦ Add +100% if you're commissioning commercial work and want it kept off everything, including private samples and previews.
→ Exclusivity affects my visibility and growth, so if I can’t show it, I charge for it.
→ I won't post WIPs without your permission regardless – this fee is for final artwork only.

PROCESS✦ Inquiry
You contact me via FurAffinity Notes or Discord (manekipaw). Include your idea, references, budget (if any), and what you want: a sketch? a full render? NSFW? Weird? Bring it. Don’t be shy – I’ve seen things.
✦ Discussion
We go over the details together – pose, expression, background, bonus kinks, your OC’s tragic backstory – whatever you’ve got. Once I'm given the green light I’ll give you a final quote and we’ll settle payment (full upfront or partial if we agreed on a plan).
✦ Sketch & Approval
I’ll send a rough sketch for feedback. You can tweak things however you like, we will work on it until you are satisfied with everything. (But please be reasonable. If you are making me do a thousand sketches because you can't decide what you want, I will charge extra or even stop working with you all together.)
✦ Linework & Flats
Once the sketch is locked, I’ll work my magic. One big revision per stage is free here – use it wisely 😘 Small tweaks are fine. Anything beyond that may cost extra depending on the complexity.
✦ Finalization
You’ll get a preview of the final piece before delivery – this is for minor fixes like color or small details. Major changes after this point may not be possible.
✦ Delivery
The final image is sent as a link to a google drive folder with your high-resolution PNG to your preferred method (Discord, or email if absolutely needed). Any bonus art (like auction rewards or gifts) will be handled separately after the main piece is finished.
TURNAROUND & AVAILABILITY
✦ I work when I can! In-between health problems, life, ADHD struggles and, sometimes, other job – I will try my best to answer messages quickly and deliver in time for deadlines. Thank you for understanding and patience!
✦ Turnaround time is around 2 month, depending on complexity.
✦ I may post personal work while I'm working with you. It doesn't mean I'm ignoring your commission. It means, that I need to make content and preferably have time to work on my own stuff too~
✦ If delays happen (life be lifin’), I’ll notify you ASAP.

USAGE RIGHTS✦ Personal Use:
You can use your commission for avatars, wallpapers, banners, RP, toyhouse, or just to lovingly stare at in the moonlight. Just make sure to credit me (ManekiPaw) if posted anywhere public.
✦ Commercial Use:
Want to sell merch, make prints, or otherwise profit from the piece? Let’s talk.
Commercial rights are not included by default. *See COMMERCIAL USE FEE section above.
✦ Character Design Rights:
Adopts and custom designs come with full character ownership. You can name them, dress them up, or send them to another universe.
✦ Credit Is Kind:
Always credit me (ManekiPaw) when posting the art. I put my heart (and caffeine) into this.
✦ No Funny Business:
You can resell, redesign, or trade the art/design later – but no fraud, false claims, or removing my signature. I will find you. I will pout.
✦ Don’t Be Shady:
Using my art to promote hate, illegal shit, or anything that goes against platform guidelines will get you blocked, banned, and buried under passive-aggressive disappointment.
FINAL NOTES✦ By commissioning me, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to everything listed in this Terms of Service.
✦ These rules are here to protect both of us – to keep things respectful, clear, and smooth like a well-rendered thigh.
✦ TOS may update occasionally, and if anything major changes during your commission, I’ll let you know.
