GENERAL TERMS
* All drawings WILL include my artist signature that you must NOT remove.
* Please give credit with a link back to me if you plan to re-upload your commission on your own profile and on any other social platforms you may have.
* Prices are subject to change based on demand.
* I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
* As a customer, you have the right to request WIPS via Discord. You can message me about the status of your commission, but please be aware that I have a busy life outside of FA and I will be away from my desk on some days. Please do not abuse this right to ask for updates regarding your commission status.
* If I feel that you are abusing your right to ask for the status regarding your commission, a refund will be issued promptly and you may be blocked if I feel it to be necessary.
* You are allowed corrections during the sketching phase of your commission. Once the sketch is approved, you will not be allowed to request any more changes to your commission. Please respect this rule as I have other patient customers who are awaiting their own commission. Please, please, please state any changes that you can think of during this time as I want you to have the best outcome for your commission.
PAYMENT
* Currency accepted is in USD and can ONLY be paid through PayPal.
* In order to keep my PayPal account in good standing, I will issue PayPal invoices. This is nothing against you as the customer, but I can not risk my PayPal account being targeted. Thank you in advance for understanding.
* 100% of payment is due upfront.
* I will allow payments in specific cases, as I believe everyone should have the ability to afford what I do. If you feel that you can not pay 100% upfront, we will discuss a payment plan option via FA inbox or Discord. Please note that I do not work on unpaid commission inquiries. Should a payment plan be the option for you, we will discuss what will be completed in each payment step.
* Do NOT send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot.
PROCESS AND DELIVERY
* I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the right to a refund.
* While I'm working on your commission, by request, I will provide WIPS and updates. Please do not abuse the right to ask for updates.
* The time it takes to finish your commission varies between 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as my full-time job, health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and possibly travel.
* In the event that something in my personal life slows the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I will let you know ASAP.
* Notes will ALWAYS be read and replied to within two days of sending.
* If you would like the full-resolution image to your commission, please let me know the email you wish to use to receive your full-resolution picture.
REVISIONS
* As stated above, PLEASE take the time to study the sketch that I send you. Once the sketch phase of your commission is finished, I do not like to regress in my workflow. Should I consider a revision once the line work stage of your commission is in progress, you WILL be asked to pay a fee. I hate doing this, so please, please, please, know what you want before we proceed with your picture.
* If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
* I also offer variant versions of commissions. If you are interested in this option, we will discuss the price depending on what the changes are.
* To avoid any confusion or frustration, please, if possible, have a neatly arranged reference sheet or reference pictures to help guide me in drawing your characters.
* If you are providing Toyhouse links to your characters, please make sure the watermarks do not obstruct the view and/or colors of your reference sheets/characters. It is your right as the owner to have your beloved characters watermarked to your heart's content, but please make sure I can have access to your watermarked files!
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, DragonMilk, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
* Promote myself with it on my social platforms
* Use the art in ads / examples / commission information reference
The buyer is allowed to:
* Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
* Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
* Use the artwork to promote themselves. Linking back to my profile and/or crediting the artwork to me is very appreciated.
* Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
* Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
* Claiming the artwork as your own
*Removing my signature from the artwork
*Altering the artwork without my consent
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
* I promise to do everything I can to make my customers happy!
* If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
* I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
* The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
* If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
* If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
* If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
* If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
