☆ Do not note me multiple times, please check to see if I have not opened/read it yet. If I have read it and not replied it's because sometimes takes me a day or two to think of a proper response (or a little longer if I am in a commission run) but rest assured that I do read everything I receive as soon as it is convenient for me

S E R V I C E S



I offer both digital and traditional art mediums.

☆ You must be 18 years of age or older to commission NSFW art
☆ You must have a reference of the character(s) that you want

If accepted, your commission will be put on my to-do list.

I DO NOT work in list-order 100% of the time

If you need your commission by a certain deadline, (for example, a birthday present, anniversary, ect) LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS YOU SEND ME YOUR COMMISSION REQUEST!

You can pay extra to have your commission put on-rush, how much is determined case-by-case.

If you would like a private commission, I do offer that option. However, adding art to my gallery is what generates attention for my work- therefore I will charge extra for private commissions UNLESS I have permission to post while just listing you as a private commissioner.

-Actual Rape/Non-consensual
-My characters with yours sexually (unless I have consented to it)
-Offensive targeting things (racism, hate, religious-bashing, etc.)

-Anything I find extremely uncomfortable


P A Y M E N T


All payments are accepted via Paypal, CashApp, and Venmo
All payments must be in USD

Payments are required upfront and in full.

When paying with paypal, BE SURE to give me your paypal email so I may send you an invoice.




R E F U N D S


All transactions are final.
Unless I am unable to continue working on it, in which case, I will let you know and send payment back to you.
-A temporary delay is not the same as being unable to work on it
You wouldn't be able to get a refund from an autobody shop after they've provided service.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for you commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a charge back against me, or threaten to, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the artwork to new buyers.
You will forbidden to ever commission me ever again.


CHANGES TO YOUR COMMISSION + PROGRESS


If it's digital, I will allow a one-time edit to any commission under the following circumstances:

-If there are parts of your commission are things that I missed/mistook (in other words, the errors were clearly stated by you and missed are my bad)
-You provide me with any and all information that needs to be edited


I will NOT allow edits for anything that you did not clearly express/state in your original commission information before I accepted/started work on your commission. I will also not allow edits for commission details that have been inquired and a common understanding was obviously understood by both parties.
If you still would like something you did not originally request added or changed, it will cost you 50% of the original commission's price.

I will NOT allow changes to a commission after I have accepted it. This means no additions or alterations to what was originally ordered.

I DO NOT OFFER WIP'S.
(Work in Progress)
I do not offer WIP shots for several reasons:

1. They interfere with how long it takes me to finish them
2. Once I stop I find it hard to finish it
3. It would complicate the way I work immensely, and potentially throw off my inspiration by cutting the motion.


HOWEVER, I do find WIP requests reasonable for things like Reference Sheets and Traditional Art. But it is your responsibility as a commissioner to notify me that you would like a WIP- otherwise I will not be aware of your desire for one and therefore will not be responsible for not providing one.

Once completed, your commission will be uploaded to my gallery. (In exception cases, I may note you your commission in the event that you would prefer it not submitted to my gallery, please remember that it costs extra) I MAY NOTIFY COMMISSIONERS OF THEIR COMMISSION'S COMPLETION IN MULTIPLE WAYS BUT THERE IS A CHANCE I MAY NOT OUTSIDE OF JUST POSTING IT.

COMMISSION ALLOWANCES



After receiving your commission, you are welcome to post it at any site you wish- provided you ALWAYS post credit back to me.

YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO


Remove my signature or post my art without credit
Reproducing or use commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way) UNLESS it is stated in the request and I HAVE CONSENTED to it
- Logos, ect do not count, but constant credit is required
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

Your commission may be used in any examples I post of my work
(For instance: price sheets, etc)

Be sure to save your commission somewhere other than my gallery. I do not take responsibility for it's allover loss if I remove it from my gallery. I also delete layer files after the commissioner has seen their art- so please keep that in mind for necessary alterations you may require.
