Waiting list and working hours:
Once the order has been paid in full, it will be added to a commission queue. I start working order by order depending on the time they have been paid.

When I decline a commission:
I can decline a commission for any reason, including: Not feeling comfortable with what is being asked of me, not feeling able to finish the drawing, etc. I am not obliged to give explanations.

What if these terms change:
Changes to these terms will not apply to orders already delivered prior to making such changes.

Payment

Payment methods:
PayPal.
Bank deposit (only for clients from Mexico).

When the payment is made:
Payment must be made before I start working with the project.

Work method

How I work:
Throughout the process I will send advances to the customer, from the sketch to the final details. However, I will not agree to make changes to the pose or line work once the sketch has been approved. Once I have finished the final line work I will not accept any more changes, except for corrections in the colors or patterns that I have forgotten to add.

What the customer receives:
The customer will obtain a piece according to the characteristics that have been agreed before making the payment. The dimensions of the canvas depend on the type of order. The image will be emailed to the customer as a file and in PNG format.

Estimated delivery time:
Each illustration can take from 2 days to 3 months or more, depending on the type of order and the amount of work that I have pending. The time may also vary due to my own personal issues.

Refund

Under what circumstances will I make a refund:
The customer cannot cancel the order once I have started working on it. In case I have not started with the order I can make a refund.

Terms of use

Copyright:
The drawing could be used by me to advertise my art, price sheet, etc. unless the customer specifies that they does not want me to do so.
I can (or not), publish the drawing and it's process in any of my networks, either sketch stage or final illustration, unless the customer specifies me from the beginning they doesn't want me to publish the drawing for which they paid. If they haven't specified this from the beginning, I'm not obliged to delete any publication.

Rights of use:
The customer has the right to use the drawing for recreational/personal purposes only. You can't use my work for profit or resale.
The customer CAN edit/modify the image that the customer has paid for, but CANNOT delete or hide my signature.
My art is NOT ALLOWED to be used in training image-making artificial intelligences. However, it may be used in AI-PROTECTION systems for image-generating AIs, such as Glaze or NightShade.
