BatRage Commission TOS 2026


Commission Openings:
- Commissions are always open unless I announce a closure
- I may sometimes offer a limited or experimental commission type for a discount
- I regularly post YCHs!

Turnaround Time:
- My general turnaround time may vary due to my health, other external factors, or the size and complexity of the piece but generally I get pieces completed within 3 months of starting them (sketch phase complete)
- Please take note of the fact that I am a disabled artist and the daily pain I experience can vary in intensity which may cause delays of a few days to weeks. I do my best to notify on my Trello when signifigant delays are expected and I encourage anyone waiting on stuff from me to check it!

Reference Material:
- A partial or full reference of your character that is digital is necessary. Blurry/Dark photos of a traditional piece can be very difficult for me to see accurately.
- Please do not provide me with in game screenshots of a character unless you can accurately display their color palette OR you do not mind if coloration and markings are slightly different/follow artistic liberty. I am happy to make design changes or make a design for you based on your avatar/in game models for a fee.
- I will NOT under any circumstances accept AI generated content as a reference. I promise, your own scribble or sketch interpretation of what you want will be helpful to me regardless of your 'skill level'.


Will's and Won't's:
WILL DRAW:
- Characters who are 18 years of age or older
- SFW Feral art
- Monsters, dragons, pokemon, digimon, game creatures ETC. If they fall into feral category (on four legs and/or typically display animal-like intelligence or stray from human traits) I will not draw NSFW content of them but I can draw them anthropormorphic instead for NSFW content.
- I will draw fantasy/alien style genitals or stylized, human-like genitals.
- SFW art of minor characters in family settings (A character holding their baby, interacting with their child in an appropriate manner)
- Characters with mobility aids, disabled characters, etc. I don't charge extra for mobility aids.
- Fat characters, I don't charge extra for size unless we get into extreme/hyper territory
- Licensed characters from games, shows etc. As long as they are an adult. Please note I may decline certain franchizes, check my Won't Draw section to see which ones.
- Pregnancy (excluding cis male Mpreg, I am trans. Please respect this)
- I am willing to draw most kink content, even if I have no examples of a certain genre in my gallery. Unless I specifically say I don't, feel free to ask!

WON'T DRAW:
- Feral NSFW
- Realistic animal genitalia, sheaths, etc
- NSFW content of minors or minor characters from shows/games who are 'aged up'
- Any content pulling from: Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss, Harry Potter
- Age regression, diapers or any content of characters acting child-like whether it is SFW or NSFW
- Scat or any content containing fecal material
- Snuff, extreme gore/violence or death
- Hateful material towards any group

Payment:
- I take payment up front via Paypal Invoice.
- While not ideal, under circumstances where there is no other options I do accept Ko-fi, cashapp or venmo but I prefer invoices as it protects both of us and is better for me for tax documentation!
- I accept payment plans as long as the dates specified are adhered to.

Extra Charges:
- These fees will be tacked onto whatever art type(s) you have selected.
- In circumstances where changes need to be made, I offer free changes on the sketch when I come to verify it with you.
- Changes after line art has been started will cost extra varying on the change. $10 for minor changes, $20-$30 for signifigant changes (several parts or a large portion must be changed)
- Rush Fees may be applied and I will work on your piece with priority. I can't promise it will be done by a set date as life is unpredictable but I will do my very best if you let me know what day you need it by. I recomend commissioning me at least 2 months before your desired date! My Rush/Priority fee is $30
- I charge a $15 NSFW fee
- My design fee is $30

Refund Policy:
- I will return 100% of your payment to you within the first 48 hours after.
- In emergency situations, it may take me a bit to get your money back to you but I will return it in full if I have not started work.
- If work has started, I will keep 30% if I have finished the sketch, 50% if it is lined and 75% if it is partially colored or shading has been started.
- I do not give refunds on finished work. I am happy to fix mistakes if I have made them.


Useage:
- I allow my work to be uploaded to personal FurAffinity pages (With full credit/links)
- I do not allow my art to be reuploaded to social media (Facebook, X, etc)
- You may upload my art to your character's gallery on toyhouse (My user is Batrage for credits!)
- My art under no circumstances is to be used or fed into any AI models.
- My art is not to be used commercially (merch, prints, stickers etc.), especially not without my consent
- Artwork may be altered slightly via color shifting/hue shifting, brightness adjusting etc, but please make note of any alterations you make and still be sure to credit me.
