GATHERING PHOTOS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA

This year we are branching out and increasing our social media footprint, but we'd love to include you also! We are currently collecting submissions of photos attendees took at Furry Fiesta for posting up on our social media! If you would like to submit a photo for us to post up on Twitter/Facebook/FA/Instagram..etc please email socialmedia[at]furryfiesta.org

Rules
1. Pictures MUST be G-PG in content
2. You must own or control the copyright to all content you submit to Furry Fiesta. This means that you cannot submit
work obtained from other sources (e.g., online image search results or websites), or incorporate such work into
your content submissions, unless you have permission to do so.
3. Photo(s) may be edited and manipulated for use on Fiesta social media such as cropping, adding text and/or digital
effects. Any pictures submitted must permit manipulations within reason without changing context of photo.

What to show in the email

1. SUBJECT LINE OF EMAIL - "Photo Submission For Fiesta Social Media"

2. In the body of the email, please provide the name and social media handle you would like promoted with your photo(s) submitted

3. Do you have any information you would like to provide about the photo(s) (i.g. year photos were taken)

4. Please provide the following information (Check all that apply):
[ ] I control the copyright to all of the photos I have submitted and permit Furry Fiesta to use attached photos for
use on Social Media Platforms
[ ] I permit the use of my photo(s) for use on the Furry Fiesta website https://www.furryfiesta.org
[ ] I permit the use of my photo(s) for use in Furry Fiesta promotions and advertising
[ ] I DO NOT permit the use of my photo(s) for use in Furry Fiesta promotions and advertising. Attached photos
should be used for Social media only
[ ] Photo(s) may be edited and manipulated for use on Fiesta social media such as cropping, adding text and/or
digital effects. Any pictures submitted must permit manipulations within reason without changing context of
photo. I acknowledge and agree to these terms.

5. Any photo can be taken down from use if a valid complaint is submitted or the content creator would like the submission removed. We are just trying to get the word out for Fiesta and help promote our amazing photographers in the fandom :) Let's keep it fun and fuzzy!
