Hey it's been a huge hot min since I've posted a journal or really anything for that matter and I am really sorry for being so quiet here. There's been really no excuse other than being caught with life and work.

Anyway this is a urgent call for help. Just two months ago on the eve of my birthday, my apartment's ceiling had collapsed right on top of me, burying me under wood shrapnel and debris. I am fine physically though mentally I still suffer from small little jolts of panic (Likely PTSD) as the images are still fresh in my head. The likely reason was due to termites as he we had a swarm of them last summer and my landlord failed to do anything about and still expects us to pay rent in full and on time. To sum it up, we're in the midst of moving and suing our landlord for negligence. Thankfully we found a much better home that's offering roughly the same rate we're paying for this shitty place. But the moving fees are rather steep and I am in the middle of a Job Transfer and we are not sure how long will the lawsuit take.
