The following Terms of Service (TOS) apply to all commissions with the artist FinickyFinnick. By commissioning the artist you agree to these Terms of Service.
Deviation from the TOS must be agreed upon by both the artist and client.
The artist has the right to refuse any commission without explanation.

COMMUNICATION

Communication is primarily done through the assistant KatCerise on telegram. The assistant is authorized to act in the artists stead. Any communication via the assistant is equivalent to communication with the artist.
The client may message the artist at any time but response time is not guaranteed. The artist may send messages at any time. Delayed responses may result in a delay of the commissions completion. No communications may be deleted in a way that limits the other party from referencing them.
If the clients contact information is changed without informing FinickyFinnick the slot is forfeit.

COMMISSION PROCESS

The artist has a limited number of Active Slots; Pending Slots book a place in line. Order of completion may be modified to accommodate the artists schedule and workload. Slots are booked once all details are finalized. Payment is not taken until the commission is Active.
The artist may ask for approval of Works in Progress (WIPs) but is not required to. All edits must be presented at one time and will be free of charge within reason. Edits after WIPs have been approved, or due to the client providing incorrect or incomplete information, will result in a minimum $10USD charge.
The Artist may make adjustments to suit their artistic vision and style, such minor colour changes. The artist will not use pure blacks.

PAYMENT

A PayPal invoice will be sent when the slot becomes Active. Confirmation of intent to keep the slot must be received within 24 hours, and payment within 48 hours. eChecks are not accepted as payment will not clear within deadline.
If these deadlines are missed the client will be bumped from the active slot. Clients who miss their slot twice will be moved to the bottom of the queue, or have their slot cancelled. Clients may at any time request a hold on pending commissions if they expect to be unreachable.
Work will not be started until paid in full. Prices will not be changed once set.

FREE ART REWARDS

Free Art Rewards must be booked within 28 days of being offered and will join the pending queue. No further action will be required from the commissioner before art is completed.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If the artist cancels the commission the client will receive a refund for uncompleted work. Refunds requested by the client will be subject to a minimum $10 inconvenience fee; the amount refunded will reflect any work already done. Refunds will not be made on completed work.

DISTRIBUTION AND RIGHTS

The artist reserves all rights to works produced. All works are noncommercial and are not for the promotion of any other business. The client may not use the work in any way to gain profit. The client has the right to personal use of the work. The client does not have the right to edit the images. By commissioning the artist, the client confirms they have the rights to use the characters in this way.
