I thought I should make these so that I don't have to write them every time and I can just link them.

1. Never sell any of my adoptables for more than you bought them for unless you bought or made art for them.

2. Always credit me for the designs and link back to me the first time you draw it. You may take the characters off site as much as you want and use them for anything as long as I am credited for the design.

3. Tell me if the design changes owners so I don't get confused or try to crack down on the person for art theft

4. Don't claim the design unless you have paid for it (this includes stealing, not cool man)

5. If you are doing art for the character, the character is not yours until you have finished and sent the art.

6. please do not send the money for the design until I ok it. Someone else may have bought the character before you and that will just cause unnecessary confusion.

7. if you want a separate transparent version of your adopt just ask me. If I still have the files then I can definitely do it for free.

8. If you are sending money and not holding it, I expect to receive the money within 48 hours, if not I will remind you, and if you don't reply back to that I will put the character back up. If you have a reason as to why you can't send the money in time just tell me, I'm flexible. I just don't want to wait 3 weeks to get paid.

9. Holds last for a week, unless I say outright that I won't take a hold then I will, just ask.

10. If you are doing art, you can take as much time as needed, but I will remind you every now and then. I’m not being rude or rushing you, I just want to make sure you didn't forget the commitment you made

11. Once you own the character, it is yours, you may breed, trade, sell, gift, or change the design as you wish. I don't mind

12. I love seeing the character used! so if they get art, or a toyhou.se page, don't be afraid to send it to me. I would love to see it no matter how small.
