Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Purchasing artwork from me grants you PERSONAL USE of said artwork ONLY. You are not allowed to use the artwork to make profit in any way.
2. Personal use encompasses, but is not limited to: The posting of art in character galleries, cropping for icons and/or graphics, using as a background/header on social medias or personal devices such as a phone or a computer. Please discuss with me personally if you wish to use your art for other PERSONAL uses that do not fall under these categories.
3. As the artist, I reserve the right to use the artwork for self-advertisement (examples in commission infos, portfolio…), to post the artwork on my social media accounts and to store the artwork on my computer.
I WILL NOT, however, sell prints or other merch of your commission, except otherwise agreed with you.
4. As the commissioner, you are allowed to ask for your commission not to be posted on social medias, ever or for a certain amount of time.
5. Only you and I have access to the Full size, unwatermarked version of the artwork. What you do with said artwork is defined in 2. .
6. Only a sized-down, watermarked version of the artwork will be posted on my social medias.
7. I don’t do refunds, except if I realize that I won’t be able to complete your commission.
8. Cancelling your commission is only possible BEFORE payment is completed.
9. Please specify if there is a deadline for your commission (if it’s a birthday present, for example). Priority artworks will be charged an extra depending on how quick you need it to be completed and if I have other commissions to complete.

1. Personal data (email, adress, name, and any other data such as pictures) will not be shared or sold to third parties.
2. Only your username, commission type and amount will be stored on my computer as a way to keep track of my earnings. These datas will not be shared or sold to any third parties.
3. Email, adress and name are only stocked on my paypal account as invoice details. These informations remain personal and will not be shared or sold to any third parties.
