**Terms of Service for Custom Digital Art Commissions**

**Eligibility**
Customers must be 18 years or older to commission artwork.

**Services Offered**
I provide custom full-body furry art for $65 USD, including colors and shading. Additional options:
- Second character: +$20 USD (requires written or expressed consent from the owner of the second character).
- NSFW content: +$10 USD
Example: A two-character NSFW piece costs $95 USD.
Backgrounds are not included in the price and may be added at my discretion.

**Payment**
- Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
- Payments must come from the customer’s verified account. I will not contact you for payments or commission offers through third-party accounts.
- No refunds will be issued upon customer request after 24 hours from payment, including if the customer dislikes the final work, as my art style is known to you.
- If I discover that the provided reference sheet is not owned by the customer, I will cancel the commission with no refund.
- If I cannot complete the commission due to my own limitations, I will issue a full refund within one month of the decision to cancel.
- If the commission takes longer than three months, you may request a full refund, processed within one month.
- If a commission is canceled for any reason, I reserve the right to retain ownership of all work completed up to that point.

**Commission Process**
1. **Pre-Payment Agreement**: You must provide a reference sheet you own and a description of your character’s personality/qualities. We will agree in writing on the premise and theme of the artwork before payment. For a second character, written or expressed consent from the character’s owner is required.
2. **Sketch Phase**: I will share a work-in-progress (WIP) sketch. You may suggest changes to proportions, accessories, hair, ears, or tail. I reserve the right to approve changes based on our initial agreement.
3. **Line Art & Color Phase**: I will share a WIP with line art and flat colors. You may request changes to accessory, clothing, or background colors (if included). Character colors will not be altered.
4. **Final Delivery**: Upon completion, you will receive the full artwork and a transparent version. Completion is targeted within two weeks but may take up to three months.

**Ownership & Usage**
- Upon delivery, you own the artwork for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
- If you sell the original character, the new owner inherits the same personal-use rights and commercial-use restrictions.
- You may post and share the artwork for personal use, provided credit is given to me as the artist.

**Online Safety**
- I will only contact you through my verified accounts. Be cautious of fraudulent accounts claiming to represent me.
- Protect your personal information and verify payment requests to ensure they come from me.

**Disclaimer**
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission if the request violates these terms or if I deem it inappropriate. All transactions are final after 24 hours unless otherwise stated. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
