Arcticsnowfall’s Terms and Conditions for Art Commissions

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service, whether you read them or not.

This Terms of Service is liable to change and past customers are bound to any new changes.

✅ I only answer commission requests in direct messages.

✅ First come gets put on my queue, but once someone pays me, I will start on their piece
regardless of their place on my queue.

✅ Please let me know what style, pose, and/or font you would prefer.

✅ State whether your image will be traditional or digital and specify which medium you would like out of the ones I have available.

✅ I will make and show you my sketch, but payment is required to go any further.

✅ I can work with deadlines although they are not guaranteed.

✅ I accept USD through PayPal ONLY.

✅ You will have to pay for shipping if you want your artwork mailed.

✅ I will send WIPs if requested.

✅ I will make up to 3 changes on a finished commission. 4 or more will be an extra charge.

✅ You may repost your commission anywhere and at any time as long as you credit me.

✅ I have the right to post the artwork for monetary gain. If characters that are not mine are
used, I will credit with a link to the profile of the character's owner(s).

❌ I do not do commissions for people who have violated the guidelines, have their profile
hidden, etc.

❌ I will not accept payment through anything other than PayPal.

❌ I will not draw from a written description. Must have a clear, unshaded reference.

❌ I will not draw NSFW for minors. You must prove you are 18 or older.

❌ I will not start my commission without receiving full payment first.

❌ I will only wait a week after asking for payment before removing you from my queue.

❌ NO refunds without a valid reason. These are only available for 2 days after payment.

❌ I can not give an ETA of when your art will be finished.

❌ Do not ask me everyday where your art is. I am a full-time student with two jobs. Please have
patience.

❌ I can cancel a commission at any time if I feel the commissioner is harassing or threatening
me in any way.

❗️Please remember to mention my name if you're going to use my art somewhere and never remove my watermark❗️

If you see ANYONE who has stolen, traced, copied, distributed, etc. my art without my permission, please contact me IMMEDIATELY. Even if you think someone has already let me know, better safe than sorry!

If you are going to put the character you commissioned up for sale, auction, adopt, etc., please let me know who you gave it to/who bought it. I like to know who’s hands my art is in.

Take my watermark off without my permission.

Steal/Trace/Copy my art. Ask me before referencing.

Claim to have done my work.

Rush me and/or ask many times about your commission. I'll try my best to finish your commission as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions for Characters or Custom Adopts

If you do not use or draw a character bought from me, don’t worry. I will not take it back or be upset.

Do not purchase a character or custom from me just to resell it.

You are allowed to change the species and gender of any adopt.

You are allowed to make minor changes (hair color, piercings, some markings, scars, etc.) but please keep it recognizable to the original.

ALWAYS credit me for the character design, even if you changed the design a little.

If you do decide to sell a character obtained from me, please do not sell it for more than you bought it for unless it comes with extra art.

When selling a character from me, always send my terms and conditions to the new owner so they know what is expected from them. Failure to do this will result in you getting blacklisted from ever buying anything from me again.

Please message me with the name of the new owner if you decide to sell or trade my character(s). I like to know who currently owns my designs.

PayPal Information

When you're paying through PayPal please remember to convert your money to USD.

When you're sending the payment, put your USERNAME in the notes. (Then I can know who has sent their money).

You do not need to include a physical address when paying unless you are receiving a physical product from me.

I will check the payment status and I won't finish my work until I have received the full payment.
