EXTREME over hype
Posted 5 years agoI'm sorry but I need to get something off my chest. the level of fear mongering associated with the
WUHAN VIRUS
is being blown out of proportion so severely that small businesses are disappearing, people are loosing their jobs and certain people from a certain political party that has been fantasizing over the current president to go away control the majority of the worlds pharmaceutical companies and they are getting rich because of this "crisis". here are some facts for you.
in 2009 the H1N1 virus infected millions and killed an estimated 105,700 and 400,000 people world wide.
https://abcnews.go.com/…/swine-fl.....ea…/story…
And this flu season alone has killed in upwards of 50,000 people in just the United States.
https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burde.....-estimates.htm
how many estimated deaths have been linked to the Wuhan Virus? as of me typing this there is a total of 41 in the US.
This number is of course extremely unlikely because the "test kits" give a false positive for the regular flu and the people dying are in the age bracket of those who would have been at high risk for dying FROM the regular flu.
World wide, over half of the "infected" have made remarkable and spontaneous "recoveries" this is largely due to the EXTREME inaccuracies of the test and the 99% identical symptoms to the common flu.
And after all. Between 291,000 and 646,000 people die each year globally from seasonal influenza-related respiratory illnesses.
https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/890082
and right now there is an approximated 7,000 deaths WORLD WIDE from the Wuhan Virus, and the majority of those are in China because they had covered it up for a few months!
So please tell me, which one is the pandemic and which one is a joke, and why does the worlds economy not shut down every year for the Flu? it's a HELL of a lot deadlier then this charade

Where did I go?
Posted 5 years agotook a break for a bit but I'm back with a new cutting board and a new video as well.
This one was a bit more thought out and a lot better quality wise, I still have a lot to learn though.

Vendor Spots
Posted 6 years agonot very many vendor spots at the moment mostly due to lack of funds but I do have 2 coming up this week.
Friday the 20th
my usual spot at the Artisan Alley and Farmers Market in downtown DeLand, Florida
6pm-9pm
and trying out something new. it's advertised as a smallish event with only hand selected vendors
but supposedly a high customer turn out. This will be the last hurrah before Christmas.
Saturday the 21st
Beulah Belle Bazaar, in Winter Park, Florida
from 11am-4pm

Video?
Posted 6 years agoI don't know, I still think I suck at this and I personally don't think I have the look to be doing anything infront of a camera, but meh.
a pretty lengthy video clocking in at 33 minutes but with a LOT of parts sped up or else it would have been over 2 hours. Watch only if your really REALLY bored as most of it is me cleaning my garage with an occasional snippet of bun wisdom thrown in. Just don't look at my eyes. I need to make a target to look at so I'm not constantly looking at the screen on my camera.

Recap
Posted 6 years agowell, figured I'd finally try out the weekly, and very local, less then 3 miles from my house, Friday night art market. And for $10 to set up a table or booth of any size, why not.
And the response, was an overwhelming, oh look at the pretty and walk away, something I've gotten used to........with the things I've had previously, the leather bags and miscellaneous wood boxes either for the lack of quality (my first ones) or the overall price due to the materials.
The resin cutting boards on the other hand garnered my tiny 6 foot table a LOT of attention, one even sold while I was still in the process of setting up for the night. Later on a second sold and kinda blew my mind. pretty much everything else on my table was cheaper but the resin definitely grabbed peoples attention. I was asked by at least a dozen people if I would have more next week, now I'm scrambling to find more materials to get more done for next Friday. I may have finally found something that sells..........

Something nobody asked for
Posted 6 years agoAnd people may just run screaming after I post this and I honestly wouldn't blame them.
If you've been following me here for a while you know very well that I usually promise some kind of progression with larger projects, or any project for that matter, with either photographs or journals. Everyone knows how often that happens, I think I've remembered once.
Anyway, on a whim I set up my camera to record me working on the resin cutting board found here
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/33481462/
And I'm going to upload it to YouTube after I'm done embarrassing myself with my lack of video editing skills. I'll probably be ready to upload it after the board is finished so look for a video link in the finished submission.
And dont expect much with the video, no idea what I'm doing and I tend to ramble and repeat myself often. Not really the best person to be on video lol.

yes, no, maybe?
Posted 6 years agowell, spent 3 week with some of the sketchiest internet and cell coverage I think I've ever seen. I was looking at potential work and houses up in North Carolina and came back with neither. Back to mooching off the parents until a miracle happens and I can find work again.
But that being said..............
I have several pieces of wood available and a beautiful slab of maple that was given to me and something very special is planned for that as soon as I get the funding for it.

Posted 6 years agoBack to NC for a bit, not sure for how long, could be just a family trip or could potentially be the start of a new job, I am now a fully licensed insurance adjuster, but I wont know for a few days really. Will also test the resiliency and MPG of my new car.
But I find it kinda funny how when I had a job and money I couldn't afford a vacation to go anywhere besides down the road but since i lost my job and got broke I have taken 2 trips out of state within a month and bought a new car. i should have lost my job sooner lol.

Change of Scenery
Posted 6 years agoI have been a world traveler of sorts my entire life. Growing up in a military family and then joining the Army after school I have seen most of Europe, South Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait and even Kazakhstan, a former Russian State. But I have called Florida home since 1990, just after I turned 10 years old. Up until that point I had seen more of the world then most people in their entire lifetimes.
I had hiked trails in the Rocky Mountains, the Appellations, the Andes and too many to count in the Black Forest of Germany. I had seen Mount Rushmore, visited the Grand Canyon, toured the Tower of London (commonly misnamed Big Ben, which is the name of the bell inside) toured Dracula's castle, Frankenstine's Castle and Neuschwanstein castle (the one Disney ripped off for Sleeping Beauty and was featured in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang), and climbed the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy, back when you were still allowed to in the 80's, and I climbed the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and even toured the Grand Colosseum in Rome. and all this was before I turned 8 years old
Until I was 10, the average scenery was rolling hills, mountains, babbling brooks from mountain springs and fresh snow melts, and seasons. You have no idea how much you miss the changing of the leaves in fall and seeing that first blade of grass peaking out through the snow in spring until you go somewhere none of those things happen. I had been content with staying in Florida until I spent 2 weeks recently in the mountains of North Carolina. The fresh mountain air, the lack of traffic, the quiet. Too long have I lived in an overcrowded mess of people that were trying to prove how much more important they were then everyone else.
I am starting out a journey into a new career field that will eventually allow me to do something I've wanted to do since about a week after moving to Florida in 1990, go somewhere else....
I have been dreaming about moving somewhere that felt more like my childhood homes and those 2 weeks in North Carolina was the spark I needed to bring that dream back front and center.
I'm not entirely sure when exactly as many, many, things need to fall into place for this transition to come into fruition but I may have finally gotten the opportunity to achieve my dream of living in the mountains, up high in the peace and quiet of a rural mountain town.
The career path I'm getting into though will drag me into major metropolitan cities for potentially months at a time which I will absolutely loathe but I'll at least have my quiet mountain home to look forward to going back to.
Please don't think that this is coming from me wanting to avoid people because that is most certainly NOT the case, my Florida friends and family will always be just that and I have no intention of ever stopping my annual MegaPlex vacation, I'll just have to drive further then 60 miles to get to it. Getting back to the mountains has just been something I've wanted, literally, for the last 30 years and it looks like I'll finally be able to achieve that.

MegaPlex 2019 recap
Posted 6 years agoI started things off being really worried that I wouldnt be able to get there due to car issues, had been in the shop for 3 weeks and just got it back the day before the con so that made me super happy. Instead of getting everything ready to load in the day before the con, like I've done every time the last 6 years, I had the idea that I didn't need to pack until about 2 hours before I wanted to leave, needless to say i didn't leave when I wanted to
Day 1, Thursday:
this went as well as I thought it would. Got in in time for Super Sponsor pre reg to open, grabbed my badge, found my roomie to get my key and got settled into the room and turned around and got ready to unload my small selection into the Dealers Den at the Mad House Mind Works table, AKA, the Steampunk booth with
HeartsTreasure Afterwards we went to have our annual dinner together. After getting back I wanted to go suiting for a bit and it was literally just a bit, not really anything going on on Thursday so after about 10 minutes I went back to the room, grabbed a cigar and went to the pool bar for a beer...........a $9, 12oz beer..........I went to walmart afterwards and picked up a 6 pack for under $7. I'll bring my own from the get go next year. the previous hotels werent any where near that much of a rip off but now I know better.
Day 2, Friday:
Woke up early because, well, official first day of the convention and I was super excited about the whole thing as usual. Got into the Dealers Den to add the last few price tags to my stuff and helped get the rest of things set up. The majority of the day was a constant blur of people popping in and out of the booth which was awesome. Between my leather work and wood work and her gems, rocks, furs, bones and of course, steampunk there was so much to see a few people ended up almost getting trapped bouncing back and forth trying to see everything lmao. After the Den closed,
I went to the pool bar again but this time for dinner, but that's when I started getting a little weirded out. I was still wearing my steampunk outfit because I was gonna wear it out suiting after dinner and of course I was wearing my character badge. A couple completely random people ended up coming up to me to tell me that people were talking about me and my suit and they wanted to come over to say hi. At the time I had suited a grand total of about 10 minutes at the con so I thought it was a little odd, but ok. After dinner I of course wanted to suit again. I got all dressed up got over to the convention hall and ran into
VixyyFox and a couple others that i know I should know the names of but I apologize to them because I absolutely suck with remembering names. I ended up hanging out with them for about half an hour or so without my suit head on but when i went to get things back on I noticed the fans battery pack was dead, I forgot to charge the damn thing so my suiting was over for the night.
Day 3, Saturday:
I learned the hard way today that if your in a smallish area and your wearing a tail, even a small one like a bunny tail, and it's attached with safety pins......don't use safety pins because you'll loose your tail every time you bump into something. I wore a utility kilt over my fursuit pants all day saturday and the only way I was able to attach my tail to the kilt was with safety pins, the loops on the tail were WAY too small for the giant belt on the kilt. Not only was it funny when the tail kept falling off but in the Dealers Den before it opened, to the horror of a fellow vendor, I dropped my kilt to put the tail back on, she hadn't seen that I was wearing something underneath lmao. That time I had turned the safety pins into a mass of twisted knots, they definitely held that time, I had to cut them off lol. Shortly after the Den opened I had to duck out for the Super Sponsor Lunch which was excellent as always, it always makes the price of the Super Sponsor membership worth it. Afterwards was back to the Dealers Den to almost immediately turn right back around to get suited up for the group photo and fursuit parade. Heading over for the group photo I kept hearing the occasional "hey look, thats the steampunk rabbit" I was a little late for the picture lineup so I just kept going. everything went smoothly for the photo (for once) the parade went pretty good and I almost had too much fun, I bounced around a bit and my back definitely did NOT like that, prescription meds to the rescue lol. After the parade I relaxed a bit in the main ball room and slowly made my way back to the dealers den with my fursuit head, I didnt feel like trekking all the way back to my room just to drop it off and come back and I set it on the very back of one of the booths tables simply so it wasnt on the floor. I think within 30 minutes after the parade was over around a dozen people came up and asked if it was for sale to which I politely declined letting them know it was my personal suit. That in it's self was unexpected on my part but what happened after the Dealers Den closed. I headed over to the headless lounge to put the head back on so i could get some suiting in while the events area was still busy. I was half way down the main hall area and got a tap on my shoulder from someone, I turned around thinking it was going to be someone for a picture but instead I heard "omg, it IS you, YOUR Tic-Toc, I keep getting told I had to come see you and your suit! oh, I'm Omnom" That completely blew my mind, a popfur was actively looking for and wanting to meet ME. Looking back on it now I should have gotten my phone out and had someone take a picture so people would believe me lmao. Later on that night I was going back into the con space and right outside the badge check I over hear, "thats the steampunk rabbit! I keep hearing people talk about him."
Day 4, Sunday:
got up WAY too early for how late I was up on Saturday but I wasn't going to miss out on the Grey Muzzle Breakfast, I helped kick off the first one 3 years ago and it's just a nice relaxing way to chat with friends and have a nice casual start to the last day of the con, but of course it turned into chaos later on but thats what fur cons do best :p And of course I was in the Dealers Den for about an hour or so when
HeartsTreasure asked if she could possibly suit as Tic-Toc for a bit so I ran back to my hotel room and grabbed him. It was definitely a super odd feeling to see someone else wearing him, and apparently she got some rather confused reactions when she was out and about, and you can see why,
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/32632326/
after that I was quite content with just chilling in the Den for the rest of the day but was reminded about and talked into going to the rabbit/rabbit hybrid meet and greet so I ran to the headless lounge to throw on my head and run over to the panel by
CalliopeRabbelle also known as
ChrysanthemumDeeBunny ended up being a couple minutes late but didnt miss out on most of the introductions as that went around the room. It got back to me when I gave a very short breakdown of the backstory and to my surprise I was invited up to the presenters table by Calliope ^_^ or, my suit head was anyway lol but she let me sit up there with her, it was a fun experience along with being completely unexpected but this year seemed to be non stop surprises for me. After the panel I met up with my new good friend
onic who was also at that panel and he was more then happy to be my handler for a bit as i made my way back to the dealers Den, even with deciding to take a lap of the den, I hadnt seen any of the booths yet while they were open and that could have been my last chance to. I also ended up running into
pentrep in there which made me super happy, we had met last year and I had completely forgotten to get a picture with him and this had been the first time we ran across each other while the both of us had been in suit and Onic was more then happy to snap some pictures for us. After getting back to the booth HeartsTreasure had to pack up for other engagements which left me by myself in the booth until Onic came by again which I invited him to join me and we ended up hanging out for the rest of the day and closing out the convention with a nice relaxing cigar.
And as far as dealing went, I had sold a couple things Friday and Saturday but Sunday I ended up selling the signature piece I made specifically for this years MegaPlex theme, The Great Escape, a Top Hat made from Bocote wood with multiple Cubic Zirconias and some Brass inlay work to highlight and suggest a hat brim and a hat band. And i also ended up taking a commission for 2 matching rings from the same individual a little later. With those two sales, for the first time since I started co vending with
HeartsTreasure I broke even, everything I spent on travel, food, room and the kennel for my pup was completely covered by my sales in the Dealers Den so that made my super happy.
I may not have come away with a profit more then about $20 but I didn't leave with a loss either which is a major win in my book along with it covering my meals and drinks, I didn't have to go to an ATM or break out my credit card once the whole weekend, and that's a good feeling.
And with suiting, I wasnt in suit for very long this year but it seems it left quite the impression with people from a popfur seeking me out to someone coming to my table and getting super excited to let me know they had been looking for me the whole convention because they had remembered my suit from last year to people asking me if it was for sale lol.
This years MegaPlex is one I won't be forgetting any time soon.

Odd sensation
Posted 6 years agoAs far as I know, I'm practically a nobody in the fandom. I keep to myself and generally lay low mostly due to social anxiety. Sure I know a couple people and have a handful of really good friends that I meet and hang out with every year at MegaPlex, along with co vending with
heartstreasure
But this year, something I find kind of odd is happening. About a dozen people, after the dealers den closed, came up to me, not all at once mind you, people I don't know, and went "omg, YOUR Tic Toc! People are talking about you!" Not really something I ever expected to hear lol.
Apparently word is getting around about a steampunk rabbit vending in the dealers den. Now if only those people would come to buy something from me lol.

it never ends
Posted 6 years agowell, I got my Jeep back today and I was super excited to say the least, until I started driving.
I have a brand new engine and they told me flat out that with the way the Jeep Renegade is made, you have to take apart the front suspension to do it, guess what sounds like it's broken now and along with that when I hit my brakes there is a clunk sound coming from the same area as the sounds from my suspension issue.
They are trying to say that it's something else that got broken when I had my incident so they can get more insurance money but it's fairly obvious to me that it's something they did. When I was getting towed out of the trail I was on, in extremely rough terrain, neither of those sounds were present.
I want to take it back to the dealer right now but at the same time I need the space for my stuff for MegaPlex so I'm gonna cross my fingers this weekend and take it back in on Monday. Best part about it this time is that if it is something they screwed up it's warrantied.
Oh, any they didn't hook up a coolant line correctly and by the time I got home the coolant reservoir was empty.

The drama continues
Posted 6 years agoWell, good news is that by the looks of things I'll have my Jeep back tomorrow, I hope. The bad news is that I've had my rental for 3 weeks and my insurance only covered it for 2 1/2 weeks and I've had to pay full price for it for the last 3 days. But knowing I'll have my Jeep back, it'll be worth it.
On a different note. I finally made my first sales in my Etsy store, and after seeing the fees associated with it I'm looking into other avenues to sell online. Sure, I have a website but the host I'm with doesn't allow a storefront to be made. I guess I should have researched more before I jumped onboard with that host.

Tic-Toc/MegaPlex PSA
Posted 6 years agoI really hate telling people anything personal about myself, especially on the internet, but at this point I almost feel the need to with what has been going on recently.
And this is for the people that will be at MegaPlex next week.
I need the con more then ever right now, or more appropriately, I need to relax and get away from my stressors for a bit, ie. broken car and no job, and looking for a job is also proving to be a huge amount of stress as well.
Why? not only has it been super stressful but I just had my annual VA medical checkup yesterday which included a blood test, everything was checking out A-OK (besides my usual problems) until my DR pulled out the blood work and said "but". Apparently my blood work showed markers and tell tale signs that I have had at least 1, very recently, very very minor, heart attack, over the last 1 to 2 weeks which coincides with both my car breaking AND getting laid off.
I had absolutely no clue this was happening but they told me all the signs to watch out for and how it could feel to which I confirmed I had experienced those things at least twice to my knowledge over the last 2 weeks.
Why am I telling you this? simple. At MegaPlex, if you see me as
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/24250936/
or as
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/29110643/
and I just suddenly stop for no apparent reason, or I suddenly loose my balance while walking, it will literally be off to the side like I drank too much, please please PLEASE ask me if I'm ok, chances are I'm fine and either forgot something or tripped over my own feet. But. There is also the chance I just had another micro attack and need to get to my room asap, get out of my suit/outfit and get to a hospital.
I'm desperately hoping that being at the con and having my mind occupied with other things will reduce my stress levels enough that the possibility of this happening at the con will be an impossibility, or at least I hope so.
Thanks

Bittersweet
Posted 6 years agowell, I had to go into Daytona today for the VA clinic (annual routine stuff) and decided to go check in person to see where things stood with getting my Jeep fixed. Well.......
"Bitter" they haven't started anything yet and they think there may be other things that need replaced besides the engine, like, the transfer case and possibly the transmission as well but they are determined to get everything done by next Tuesday, the 30th.
"Sweet" my insurance has agreed to cover everything needed simply because it's cheaper for them to do that then it is to pay for totaling it. Cost of repairs as it stands right now is around $8,000 but totaling would be damn near $30,000 so repairing won that battle.
And at last the "bittersweet" I only have to pay my deductible but my deductible is $1,000 but i can pay it because i cashed out my shitty 401K from the POS place that fired me. However, with that cashout, my last paycheck from that shithole and VA Disability I should be able to cover all my bills next month AND go to MegaPlex.
And to those who have helped me out, thank you 1,000X over. that extra bit you sent my way made it possible for me to feed myself and my pup and made it possible for me to afford my deductible so thank you again!

kick em when their down
Posted 6 years agojust when I thought things couldn't get much worse holy shit was I proven wrong.
Added onto my Jeep being in the shop and not having a job I just found out the Jeep needs an entirely new electrical system AND and new engine!. And now if I wanted to trade it for something else, which I couldn't anyway because I have no job, it's worth absolutely jack fu**ing shit. Oh, and I have a 50/50 chance of my insurance telling me to go to hell and not covering anything.
is this how you furry drama? am I doing this right? fuck me.

Waiting for my house to burn down
Posted 6 years agoLiterally.
People say good things happen in threes.
Bad things tend to do that as well and my life is nothing but the latter.
My Jeep died last Sunday and might.....might, be diagnosed by sometime next week.
And the two assholes that have been trying to fire me for the last 2 years succeeded by planting shit on my computer, the one time I left it unlocked even with knowing they had been trying to do it since they showed up 2 years ago.
So dead car, no job, seriously waiting for my house to catch fire now. There was a possibility of making it to MegaPlex but that's out the window now. My one time a year to be happy and carefree and be around like minded people thrown to the curb because I worked for assholes.
Now instead of just having to worry about how I'm gonna pay to fix my Jeep I gotta worry about paying my bills as well. Shit had been looking up for me lately just to get kicked to the curb.......again.

car emergency + Etsy Sale
Posted 6 years agoLast Sunday pretty much the entire elecrical system in my Jeep shorted out to include the main computer and between the need for cheap insurance and the expenses I have already put into trying to get things fixed I'm pretty much completely broke, financially and mentally. i was forced to file an insurance claim last night out of sheer necessity because it was the cheaper rout to go, but that being said I cannot afford the deductible because again, I had to go the cheap rout.
so, emergency Etsy sale
For the next couple weeks everything in my Etsy shop is an extra 15% off with free domestic US shipping. www.etsy.com/shop/TicTocCreation
or if you don't want to buy something but still want to help, anything would be greatly appreciated https://www.paypal.me/tictoccreations/
If you like and or are interested in any of the rings I have posted here i was going to list them on Etsy for $50 each but given the circumstances
I will not be posting them on Etsy to cut the middle man and will let them go for $30 each. just about all of them are between sizes 10 and 11.5
Thanks in advance

wood finishes
Posted 6 years agowell, I've tried out a couple different finishes for the wood rings, polyurethane, lacquer and most recently, resin.
and I've learned 1 very important thing.
polyurethane and resin do NOT buff, it's either put on perfectly or your sanding it off and putting it on again, they also do NOT hold up to being worn.
I know a lot of people have been quite successful with resin for rings and I probably jsut have some super cheap or just plain bad resin, but it isn't working for me at all.
The best luck that I've had thus far is a spray on lacquer. it dries super fast, about 20 minutes instead of a few hours for the poly or about 2 days for the resin. The layers are very thin unlike the other two. it buffs out to a shine quite well and so far the one ring I've been wearing has held up quite nicely to being sweat on and it hasn't rubbed off in any spots at all. I'm thinking maybe I've found the finish I want to use. I just hope I haven't ruined the rings I've tried the other finishes on..
Update after 8 hours of wearing:
aaaaaaand, nope, the lacquer I used ended rubbing off on parts of the ring I was wearing today, or they weren't covered very well in the first place. In either case I'm going to either try recoating it with several more layers, or try something else.

this could be interesting
Posted 6 years agoI was visiting with out of state family over the weekend and during dinner it came up that I had been making some jewelry out of wood, I showed some pictures to them and then an interesting request was made by my Aunt. Not sure if things will pan out as she's notorious for backing out of things like this, but even if she does I'll still have the stuff to help make them because I just went on a buying spree on Amazon yesterday because of it.....
What was her request?
she wants me to make her a ring, she's somewhat of a collector of rings and she wants me to make her one with a super fancy cut Sapphire. Told her flat out if she wants the one she showed me then she'll need to buy it for me, damn thing was almost $500, looked super nice but damn!
Anyway, by the end of the week I might have some prototype wood rings, at least 1 or 2, minus gems.......well, maybe 1

OMG not another one
Posted 6 years agoyep, just joined another website, but this one might prove fruitful? maybe?
it's not opened yet as I still have to populate it, but I just joined StoreEnvy and I'm going to give them a shot to sell my wares with.
Etsy is nice but I'm just not gaining any interest there and StoreEnvy seems to be a bit more diverse a a lot less people reselling cheap Chinese "products"
I'll post a link to my store there as soon as I get everything situated and opened

Furrylife.online
Posted 6 years agofairly new furry art site, not many people over there yet but everyone over there seems to be quite active.
One of the biggest things that I like about it is you can upload multiple submissions at the same time. Have a bunch of stuff to share? why wait a minute between submissions, I uploaded a bunch of my stuff in one fell swoop. There are also universal tags for each gallery folder you make, you set the tags for that folder and BAM! they are automatically added to every submission in that folder, it's awesome!
I know what some people might think, "oh god, not another furry site" but unlike a lot of the other ones, this one might actually go somewhere.

challenge me
Posted 6 years agoI'm up for a challenge people
give me ideas for pendants / amulets to try and make, keep in mind I am limited in the tools I have so nothing that would be too intricate.
I also currently have NO gems or jewels other then a synthetic 2mm ruby, tiny as hell, it's twin can be seen here https://www.furaffinity.net/view/31357300/
I'm thinking designs and shapes for now, maybe other things later after I get more comfortable
and I know this is the furry community but I'm not going to make a phallus no mater the species lol
The woods I currently have on hand to work with are
-Maple - a light brown to almost pale yellow, the main choice I have been making things with.
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/31867001/
-Sepele - a dark rich brown with kind of a wavy pattern in it.
-Bocote - highly figured wood with a very tight grain pattern, stunningly beautiful but is quite expensive.

https://www.furaffinity.net/view/30627149/
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/30613815/
-Walnut - a light to medium brown.
the Spade and Club https://www.furaffinity.net/view/31865861/
-Cherry - almost a yellow to light orange tint.
The Heart and Diamond https://www.furaffinity.net/view/31865861/
-Cedar *it's pretty soft so I dont know how good it would be for jewelry.
