I’m stopping by to give you all an update on how things are going! 🥺💖

I’m still doing physical therapy 3 to 4 times a week, as the doctor recommended, to prepare for my upcoming surgery.

I won’t lie to you- it hasn’t been easy. The pain is…... immense. Even now I still have swelling around my right knee; it has gone down a bit, but it’s not completely gone yet… 😔 As you know, after the knee injuries from the accident and all the resting time, my knee started to “protect” itself by stiffening up. This is called arthrofibrosis - it’s like a kind of “atrophy” that gets worse over time. So in physical therapy, we have to FORCE the knee to bend, a little bit more every session, to gradually “release” the stiffness. But honestly, it feels like my entire knee has turned to stone.

It hurts so much that I have to bite down on a towel because I cry and scream from the intense pain..... every session. It’s embarrassing sometimes because other patients at the clinic come to check what’s happening. I try my best to stay quiet, but the pain when they push it is so intense that everything goes black for a moment, and I feel like I’m leaving my body. It’s a pain like they’re ripping my leg off - no exaggeration. (And I used to have a really high pain tolerance, seriously!! This is something completely new to me.) Just writing this here gives me chills. But I’m trying to stay strong. I have to......it’s for my health!! Time is ticking...

After each session, I’m in a lot of pain for the rest of the day and the day after. It only starts to ease a little by the third day… which often comes with moments of vulnerability, lots of crying, and anxiety at home about the whole situation. I feel a little embarrassed sharing this with you, but it’s the reality.

So many people have been believing in me and sending positive words, and I feel I need to be honest and transparent, this is what it’s really like.

When I’m back home, my knee slowly stiffens up again, so I’m still using a walker around the house, or crutches, or leaning on Kyan for support. That’s why it’s so important to keep the sessions frequent so we don’t lose progress!

To help you understand better: the doctor wants me to “release” my knee enough to bend at least 90° ROM again, and also regain some of the muscle I lost, most of the lean mass in my leg, because after surgery my body will weaken again and try to “protect” the knee with the same inflammatory process that caused the arthrofibrosis. We absolutely cannot let it form again on top of the previous one, or it could become impossible to bend my knee without surgically breaking the adhesions (a risky procedure that could even break/damage bones.... we really don’t want that). So, the road is long and painful… but I know it will be worth it in the end. 🌸

The orthopedic surgeon said that doing this pre-op physical therapy will help a lot with my recovery after surgery. Once I hit this milestone, we’ll be able to schedule it soon. I have a new consultation on the 23rd, and I’m waiting on the doctor’s next decisions.


>>> The good news? So far, we’ve made progress! We’ve managed to release the knee to 45° ROM! ✨


It might not sound like much, but believe me.... it came with a LOT of pain. Still, I know it’s our first victory, and we need to celebrate it. Soon, we’ll hit the 90° target and finally be cleared to schedule surgery! After that, it could take 1 week to around or a litte more than 1 month (hopefully sooner) to actually schedule it.

I’m doing my best. I have faith that everything will work out. 💖 I’m also seeing a psychologist now, which has been essential during this time.....

Between the painful days, on the days I feel a little better, I’ve still been working on art, though at a slower pace…

Recently, I received some unexpected donations on Ko-fi from old and dear clients (seriously, I’ll be eternally grateful!!). Thanks to them, I was able to get a new display tablet to work with. It’s helping me SO much since I’m stuck in bed most of the time. At least now I don’t have to balance my computer and a thousand other tools on my legs anymore..... it’s just the tablet, and that has been a huge help! I truly believe it will make me more efficient and help me finish commissions faster. 💖

I realized I’d been working “the hard way” all this time, using old tools and outdated software (as much as I love Paint Tool SAI....… phew!! 12 years together!). All of that was slowing me down, but I really think things will improve a lot now with my art overall. (Thank you so much again for making this possible!! But that’s a story for another day.)

I know I have commissions pending, and it’s been making me so anxious, especially because most of them are literally 99% finished. With the new tablet, I’ll finally be able to complete them soon, I promise!! Things have been so chaotic lately, and these have been some very dark times in my life. 😞 *facepalm*

🙊🪼 As many of you know, I had an accident back in May and ended up injuring and tearing ligaments in my right knee—right when I was finally putting my life, my depression, and my art back on track... And here I am, still stuck in bed 24/7 to this day.

Still in a lot of pain, but at least the swelling in my knee has improved a lot. I’m starting pre-surgery physical therapy this week and… yeah… I’m scared sh*tless, no other way to put it. But what can I do? The doctor said they won’t operate until my knee and leg get a little stronger first, to help with post-surgery recovery. 🥲💀

Yeah… it’s been… complicated.
And of course, this whole thing triggered some anxiety/panic/depression relapses… That feeling of not being able to trust your own body is just horrible. Standing up and knowing there’s a chance my knee or kneecap could dislocate and deform again at any moment… it’s straight up terrifying. I'm usually a positive person, but it's hard to be positive in this situation, sorry guys :/ >.< '

They say that this specific main ligament I completely tore - the MPFL - is one of the worst when it comes to recovery and psychological impact (often the hardest on mental health), especially because when it dislocates, you can actually see your own knee deformed right in front of you, and the pain is almost unbearable. And knowing that the ligament that used to hold my kneecap in place is no longer there - and that it could dislocate again at any moment with the slightest movement… and feeling all of that again, seeing that scene again… it’s just... awful. I gotta be honest. That image/scene is still playing on a loop in my mind 24/7, and I feel fear, panic, anxiety, terror. I've been having nightmares about it EVERY single day, for a month now... Not kidding.

But I know I need to be strong now - and have a lot of courage to face this new stage: the pre-surgery physical therapy.

The hope my doctor gave me is that, probably after a month and a half of physiotherapy, we’ll be able to move forward - finally, with surgery.

I can’t wait — even if it hurts and the post-op recovery is usually tough, I don’t care. I just want to have the surgery soon. I just don’t want to keep living under this constant fear of my knee dislocating again and again...

I’m still in this state, but I’ll keep giving you all updates here, on Twitter/FA, and so on. That’s it for now. I’m asking for prayers and/or good vibes.

🥺😳 Thank God I didn’t injure my hands-- my main tools of work. But I did mess up my right shoulder a bit too (on the fall)… I’ll need to get more exams done to investigate that. It’s been giving me some smaller annoying pains too. 🤦‍♀

But honestly, that’s not even the worst part: it’s having to DRAW from bed… with my laptop on my lap… on top of my injured leg… with my tablet awkwardly balanced on the keyboard (ugh)… and sitting kinda... twisted lol. 😢 It’s exhausting and painful, and I can’t paint for many hours- just a little bit each day.
I'm trying to time-block it like: 70% commission works, 30% personal works so I don't go insane...

Every orthopedic brace, every expense… it’s been like: $800 here, $550 there… etc etc... Every single thing I need now… it’s all crazy expensive. And there’s still the surgery coming soon... *sigh*. 😞

Put the price actually a little lower than the real price, but the amount would be almost enough to get a good tablet that's not super new in the market, but enough for me to paint while recovering, you guys can look it up prices for the last year's Samsung and Apple tablets in Brazil, it's an absurd, Brazil has abusive taxes for all electronics and our currency is very weak compared to dollars, so everything that's imported - like the electronic parts, and stuff like that, indeed - is very very expensive. Idk hot to explain it in technical terms so I'm doing my best to explain it in my own way. So a tablet that costs like 200$ in the U.S. can easily cost like 1500$-wise over here, which is like 4-6+ months of salary here, which makes it almost impossible during hard times like these. *facepalm*

I'm so sad to be writing this journal here, but I need to do it. It's very necessary to inform y'all on what's going on. :(

These photos aren’t pretty, but they're real. I am a little embarrassed to show my situation to you but I like to work with evidences. It's more ethical, in my point of view.

Here’s what happened: I had a domestic accident around a week ago now.

In just a moment of
carelessness, I slipped on a wet floor + a crumpled rug at home (and I wasn’t even barefoot), and I fell hard. My patella (previously called kneecap) popped completely out to the side of my leg. It was bad. Honestly, I think it was the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life.
And now, my kneecap keeps dislocating constantly with the slightest movement. It’s been hell.

I'm wearing just one sock on the pictures, on my injured leg to help me slide my foot across the floor instead of lifting it — I literally can't bend, bump, or move that leg at all without the kneecap slipping out and causing unbearable pain...

My knee/joints in general have always been a bit loose and fragile — lots of similar dislocation cases in my family (it’s a genetic thing). So according to the paramedic, this was bound to happen sooner or later...

I’m super upset about all this, especially because, as some of you guys and my current clients know, my mom’s cancer surgery is this week in another city, and I won’t be able to go anymore. I’m an only child and had spent MONTHS preparing myself to be there for her, to support her through this… but now I just can’t. I’m heartbroken 😭 — and even more so knowing I may have torn ligaments and might never have a “normal” knee again.

I’m completely bedridden, to the point that even trying to wiggle my toes makes my patella start to shift again, and the pain is excruciating. I’m fully dependent on my fiancé, Kyan, for absolutely everything — and I mean everything.
To make it worse, he works two jobs, and while he’ll take a few days off to help, we’ll soon have to figure out something else… yikes. I live in a different city from my parents, and I don’t have siblings.
I can’t even sit up on my own — let alone stand. And don’t even get me started on our bathroom, which has a tall step to enter (who designed this apartment like that???), so that’s a no-go (we tried). Plus, we live on the first floor, so there’s a massive staircase to deal with whenever we need to leave. I have to go down step by step on my butt while Kyan holds my leg up. Yeah. It’s bad. 🥺

We bought this walker thing, and it’s helped a bit — I can slowly move around like a lil old grandpa.... It takes a literal eternity to reach another room, and always with Kyan assisting me. So yeah… everything’s basically fallen apart..

I was seen at the ER, but they couldn’t do much beyond stabilizing me, so I’ll need further exams and to see an orthopedist in 4 weeks. For now, it’s just home care.

⚠️The expenses so far have been super overwhelming — between meds, the walker, leg braces/splints/general aids and more — and I’ll have to open emergency commissions as soon as I can.
⚠️I’ll make a separate post with more info.

I’d be so grateful to anyone willing to grab even a little chibi from me. Every bit helps!

Just pls note since I'm under this situation, I'll finish current batch and only open chibi and YCH slots from now on, for a few months. They're quicker to paint, although still very beautiful and high quality.

I’m using my laptop in bed with my non-display tablet on my belly (she’s the affordable kind). I’m drawing slowly, with lots of patience — it’s the only way right now.

My oldest clients, Parabellum and RiftQuest got new artworks last week so I'm still on sketching stage and initial colors!!!)
... and I was just about to send them out — but with the accident, these first few days have been full of pain and complete chaos.
I’ll be organizing myself throughout the week to make sure everything is sent out properly without fail.
I’m so sorry for the delay — I’m really sad and frustrated about all of this. Truly.
I wanna deliver them asap and will do my best given the current circumstances to do it. I promise.

....These have been very hard times. I just don't get it. A lot of bad things have been happening to me and around me lately… frequently.😣

⚠️⚠️🥺I’ve started treatment with anti-inflammatories, painkillers (strong ones, but I'm still in pain)... and lots of ice, but I’ll most likely need surgery soon to repair the ligament — once I get through this initial phase of exams. And everything is just so, so expensive.

Hello, dear friends and clients. Today, I had a truly difficult Christmas.


At the beginning of this week, I suddenly lost my dear aunt Simone. She went in for heart surgery, but unfortunately, she didn’t make it back to us.

She was a ray of sunshine in our lives—always kind, loving, and full of warmth. Her absence leaves a void that words can’t describe, and our family is still processing this immense loss.

Because of this, I couldn’t launch my new comic as planned or keep up with my usual art updates as planned. We are devastated, me and Kyan, my fiancé.

I kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this time as I take a few extra days to grieve and navigate through this difficult moment with our family.

After this week/weekend, I'll return to work at my usual pace and schedule.


Thank you so much for your patience and thanks my friends for the support—it means the world to me.


Hug your loved ones a little tighter today, tell them you love them while there's still time, and please take care of yourselves. :(

💕 I'm an artist. not a printer/art wizard, cool+high quality art takes time ;) pls let's be respectful, rushing me will likely cause anxiety over your art piece and hurt the final results.

💕Sometimes I open 1-2 extra slots for the month depending on the queue + my real life schedule, may vary. As I may not always open them. Usually, one of those extra slots may be reserved for Obsidian+ Patrons!!

💕⚠️Payment is a compromise of fulfilment of contract and absolutely non refundable. Payment means you're accepting the terms, so make sure to read them all. 💕Pls respect the obvious time needed to finish the artworks. We are doing professional high quality art, not children's scribbles (thank God xD). Some works can go from 4 weeks (minimum for fullcolored art) to around/approximat. 8-14 weeks or so, sometimes a bit more for bigger artworks like ref sheets full of details and alt poses, very realistic fullbody/halfbody arts, etc (may vary slightly accordingly to the queue and life situations - I'll inform it all for you, don't worry). Alt. versions, complex art (includes comics and ref. sheets) and complex design characters/backgrounds may add a little more time to complete.

💕⚠️ If you're not very patient, I highly recommend you to get smaller or simpler coloring artworks instead - they're cheaper and quicker! For example: Flat colored arts (no shadow/lighting/special effects), Busts/Portraits, Halfbody SKETCHES and etc! They may be simpler, but they're still very beautiful! :3

💕 Payment plans are possible for works over +100$ or so. Art will be delivered after last installment paid.

Hi everyone, how are y'all doing? :} I hope al is well. Here, things are getting a bit better, but also a bit more complex. 💕

I'm finally getting ready to move in with my dear  kyanart, my boyfriend of 5 years this month! If there are any complications, it might end up happening next month—who knows? xD There's a lot of bureaucracy involved in renting a new apartment, like setting up everything after you move in: electricity, water, internet, etc.! When you first move in, the place is empty with no utilities, so you have to contact the national providers for water and electricity to set everything up and make sure you get the bills correctly at your new address next month. x3

🥰🦋💖 We found a very cute apartment, a bit expensive but it is not luxurious at ALL, of course, we are starting our lives!! But everything is expensive in Brazil, so... -.- (Like- rent price for a tiny and simple apt. with only 1 room and 1 bathroom is like, 50% of your income in a minimum-wage-job :D how fun!). The tense part is: I live in a small city! Just imagine the expenses at big capitals like São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro or Belo Horizonte! D: Geez...

😊✨I mean, teeechnically he is my fiancé, because he asked me many times to marry me and I accepted, and we talk a lot about it, -and we agreed to be engaged without the ring- but we still don't have the money to get a cute ring, and of course I won't be a b1tch and force him to buy me a ring on the first days after he graduated :V I'm not like that and I want to grow and evolve by his side, together! And we talk about this a lot. Since he JUST now graduated in university and got his very first job a few days ago ;u; and I'm not very far from his situation either, as I graduated last year, although you guys know I'm a lawyer but HATE THE FIELD, so I'm looking for a new job in a different area now (pls k1ll me- T^T).... Like, I'm looking for any random job who will be able to help me survive in the new home and pay bills.

Nothing differs, because all new lawyers are literally earning the SAME salary as a Mc Donalds worker here in Brazil! (don't get me wrong, I love McDonlds and truly respect their workers! But I kinda studied very hard and graduated with a 90+ GPA score (max is 100, ofc) throughout 6 whole YEARS of my life for this.... Mc D. workers here have only completed high school, you see? And yet the salary is the same.....) So.... lol. Yeah. I wish they told me this earlier :V *cough cough*

Anyways, we are waiting to get the ~real~ ring to announce things to family and all, this is a very traditional thing here in Brazil. So that's why I call him my fiancé sometimes X3 because, well, he kinda is! XD But the ring may arrive soon <3 asap after we are a bit more stable in finances!

I'm still , myself, paying a lot of debt (big numbers T^T) from my graduation last year, so..... D: Still got a few months to get everything more balanced in my life. XD

Way better place to work. There's too much pressure on Twitter, the necessity to draw and post every single day.... It's impossible. I 99% focus on my client's commissions and I barely have time to paint for myself/make fanarts. Commissions take time to finish. Personal works, even more time. So mostly I'm just talking to myself in there and to my only 5 friends that actually follow me and my posts XD

Hello, dear friends and clients.

Hope y'all are doing well ^^

I'm doing well and healthy, after finally fully recovered from a strong flu that became a bad sinusitis later on (because of my immunity disease/CAH, usually the silly flus evolve to sinusitis or inflammations, since I was a small child, it's annoying-). Specially during stressful times like recently I took my National Attorney Exam and I'm waiting for the official resultson the beginning of June. (Although I don't know if I really want to become a lawyer, as my true passion is art :S but I'll not go back to this subject here and now 'cause it triggers me).

But now I'm doing better (from sinusitis).

I had to take a few days off from art, because I wasn't leaving my bed and having strong headaches/cough/sneezing and body pains. Had to take strong medication (you guys know I hate taking meds :c), but it worked out fine.

Winter is arriving here in Brazil, and since we are a very hot-weather country, when the winter arrives suddenly it becomes SUPER COLD, suddenly, out of nothing and a lot of ppl suffer with this kind of flus/sickness and etc. The weather gets a bit crazy 'til winter fully arrives, with very hot days, and super cold nights, so we have to be careful.

I am finalizing the last art batch and I intend to deliver all the artworks on the same day, so I can consider this batch over officially. It's taking a bit more than usual, but I'm hopeful now it will work out fine!

I intend to deliver them by the middle/end of this week.

The artworks that were in sketch stage also progressed a lot, and I'm preparing you guys updates to send this week!


I appreciate y'all patience, understanding and kind words via Notes/PMs/DMs.

The least I could do was coming here and inform you guys a small update! Of course. So you can know what's going on. :) And not worry.

So, here we go.

Hello, dear friends and clients.

Hope y'all are doing well!

Personally, for the first time, and as you guys know, I finally accepted treatment - as depression was getting really, really worse just like it happened in 2018, once again. It was devouring me completely, has been horrible like that for the past year. I try my best to always smile and don't worry people, but some of my closest friends and clients already knew I wasn't doing well at all. :(

I've been taking good antidepressants + some sleeping pills (I really don't like taking meds!!!), for 3 weeks already. Don't worry, I went to a very professional doctor and it is helping a lot.

And I have to admit it.... It is actually helping me a lot. Still having shitty side effects like nausea, headache, dehydration, some days I barely eat because my stomach feels really weird.

But, yea, it's cool, like.... To actually LEAVE MY DARK ROOM and eat, take a bath, talk to my family and friends (even on the phone, a little bit - as I'm re-learning how to live. Been depressed my whole life LOL).

You know, normal human being stuff (that is completely new for me!). x3

I also lost a LOT of weight, and I'm also having trouble facing my ''new body''. It took me MANY MANY years to accept my body as it was, and now I'm kinda having.... kinda like.... my "17 y.o body" back? If that makes sense? o_O

Sometimes I forget about it, and I have huge mirrors in my bedroom, and then I accidentally look at the mirrors and get a big scare.

It's truly been like... a lot for me to process, in less than a month..

Plus, I'm having internet wi-fi signal problems that are pissing me off, I had trouble with this internet company before, and sincerely, I decided to change it. I'm already getting it fixed, so don't worry e__e' ugh..... *sigh*

But the MAIN and MOST IMPORTANT part of this journal is here:


I'm also studying for the National Attorney Exam from my country, since I graduated law recently and I still need to pass the national exam to become an official and real attorney :') it's kind of like BAR Exam but more like...... complete hell.

It is a very hard and complex exam and 95% of the candidates from all over my country (as Brazil is pretty big), fail the test (these are official statistics.... I'm screwed xD). There are a LOT of new law courses opening and lots of people becoming lawyers, which is good that people is accessing degrees more easily, but it is flooding the market and there are, somehow, a LOT of terrible graduated lawyers out there. So they want to difficult the access of people to become an attorney because it could literally ruin a client's life.

I understand the logic behind it, but.... C'mon.... I was a straight A++ student T^T Pls let me pass aaaaaaaaaaa-

I'm super anxious because of it and it will happen on April 30th (for real, you can google it in Portuguese: "Data segunda fase Exame OAB n. 37". It's true.

If I don't pass, I can't work as an attorney or some other law jobs (it's against the law) and I will need to take the next exam by the end of the year...

T__T :(

So I'm taking this like it's my ''last chance''. I know, I'm dramatic, but if I don't do that, I won't take it as seriously as I should.... Idk if I'm being too hard on myself as well (?). Idk.

SOOOOO, ---> Lawyers don't earn as much here in Brazil as in US/Canada/Europe, unfortunately... That's why I might still do commissions x3 for a long time. But WAYYY less slots, of course. I might be focusing more on YCHs and Adopts on the next years. And like, maybe open only 1-2 slots per month. So seize this opportunity NOW, before I become an attorney! If you want to skip to the commissions progress part, it's down there. It's just some venting/infos/news about my life currently. I'm not doing very well, but working hard to finish this commission batch asap, so don't worry.

So, here we go.

I didn't take barely any new commissions for a month now, and there's a reason for that. I'm not ''100% closed'' for commissions as I can't affort to close them all at this moment, because I really need to keep working to pay for my monthly bills and eat. So I MIGHT take 1 more commission or 2.
I can't really take many many more slots right now, as I'm going through some sort-of severe burnout/depression state. As I mentioned in my twitter, I might even get myself a vacation from art freelancing, as in 10 years of working non-stop with art, I never had a vacation before. So I think it might help. (I'm planning to take it by December, so I can prepare my schedule to do so!).

At least is what my therapist said, I'm on burnout, as well as the rising of my depression and anxiety symptoms. I'm on my last 2 months of graduation/Law School, and sincerely it's driving me crazy. The closer to the graduation, the harder uni gets, harder exams, harder assignments, and then you finally graduate. I'm dreaming about this day, not only because I'll ''graduate'' but mainly because I'll be free from this living hell. I know I am really priviledged to study at this amazing university, a place that a lot of teenagers dream to study in one day - and I was once one of them. I only got in because I did great in our brazilian SAT national exam, and my essay/writing grade was 960 out of 1000. My math exam? Not that good xD I've never had talent with numbers, but I like writing, literature and languages subjects.
So, during all my high school years, as a teenager, I used to study for 11 hours to even 18 hours STRAIGHT some days, without taking any breaks, because I really wanted to pass to an amazing university. And... I did. So, 960/1000, Yes, I almost maxed the writing exam, and this specifically got me into one of the best/hardest LAW courses/universities in my country. Amazing, right? Yeah, I don't think so, at least not that much. I really paid it off with with mental health as a currency :) great exchange, right??

I feel ashamed to talk about this, specially in here that is my working environment, but to be honest with you guys, lately, there are a lot of days that I don't have the strength to leave my bed, or even eat. It's been like that for almost 3 months now. Last week I had a lot of panic attacks, there were even days where I was crying for 5, 7 hours straight and couldn't stop. I'm really tired of living this way, 5 years of Law School already, and yes, I've been to a terrible mental health state/place before - in the beginning of the course, where I had frequent su1c1d4l thoughts. And guys, I don't really want to go back there once again. Today I know I'm stronger than that. And I know I can do this.... somehow? I'm doing my best to.
I even started working out again, and eating a bit better. But I might go back to antidepressant medications so I can at least get through this phase (I REALLY didn't want to, I took them for a few years before, and my doctor said I was ready to leave the medication -and I was really better, actually-, but now... suddenly, all of this again. Ugh, I'm so tired, guys.).

I don't like to talk about this in here or anywhere, as I don't like to get you guys worried about me, and I don't REALLY wanna worry you, as you guys know that it doesn't matter how bad I am doing, I am STILL finishing this commissions batch. I don't wanna be an irresponsible artist, so I'm gathering all the left strenght I have internally in myself right now to finish them all, and for next batch I'll probably open way less slots. Like, around 3 to 5? I guess.

I just can't keep saying that I'm doing fine when I really am NOT.

Right now, I'm working on around 10-15 slots here and almost 20 at my alt. page Amaruarts (where I have an art partnet that splits the work with me, but still, a lot of work), and I'm feeling that this is too much. So I'll open less slots from now on, until I'm on a better mental health place to work more, as I used to do. Also, I might limit the number of complex artworks slots, as they're selling a lot lately, and I'm ending up with like, 7 complex art slots or something. I love to paint them guys, don't get me wrong, but it's getting... overwhelming, a little. So maybe I'll raise the prices a bit as well, since it's the kind of artwork I'm selling the most for almost 3 years straight now. I think it's time... And also, paypal taxes are higher now, as well as my currency differences from the currency I work with..... a lot of financial details to check..


So. I have all of these artworks to finish, and most of them are REALLY close to finish, so I'm doing an extra effort to finish them asap.

I'm also studying for my 7 university law subjects, studying for the BAR exam (the national exam to become an attorney, that only 10% of the participants will pass - these are OFFICIAL statistics number for the exam), dealing with life stuff, studying and applyng for the Civil State Court jobs exams-
{(here in Brazil, if you want to have a high paying, and stable job [who wouldn't want that?], we apply for natonal/state civil servant job opportunities, to work for the Government, but you have to pass a high-level very complex exam, and in my area (Law) it's even worse and harder than only the BAR exam, so yeah I'm pretty screwed. This exam is necessary because of the high competition to work for those brazilian government departments, after all, EVERYBODY wants the great salary and the possibility to never ever loose your job -unless you really do something terrible or a criminal act, of course- because of the government guaranteed job stability.... kinda complex to explain to foreigners, but it's basically it, and it would be perfect to pass those exams and become a Civil Law Analyst for the government, my dream job at the moment, after graduation. I know it may take some time, as other people study for years until they get to pass, but I started studying 1 year ago and I'm hopeful, so I'm trying all the job exams I can... anyways... I think that I have a kinda-good chance, because I'm graduating on one of the best universities in my country, so... gotta try!!!!)}. After I get a law related job or anything in the near future, I'll KEEP CREATING ART. It's one of my plans :) I don't want to stop creating that soon. But, as I said before, I'll probably start drawing more for myself and opening less commission slots, but that's for the mid/long-term future.

That's the truth, and I'm happy to finally share with you guys. I wish I had great news, I wish I was in the greatest place ever, with all the rainbows and sparkles and smiles, for my beloved friends and clients. But... this is real life. </3

Hello friends and clients!

First of all, as you may know, I've been facing some serious personal life problems. You can get some info on my last journal (https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9980530/), if you haven't checked it yet. Basically I got expelled from my home and I've been organizing everything, moving and all. I've recently found a good safe place to stay, temporarily, but it already helps!
Currently I'm on my university city researching some cheaper rent student homes to live, will probably move back here before the in-person classes start again soon (we're still having online classes on my Law school). I've traveled 12 hours to get here, yeah, quite a distance ^^' I've arrived 4 days ago.
I'm feeling very tired and overwhelmed, but slowly getting things together, planning my near future and started my savings.

Idk what happened, probably due to this overall stressful events plus drawing a lot, my tendonitis (hand's/pulses tendons inflammation due to overuse) got way worse and I'm not being ale to even hold a cup, pressing buttons or carry a bit heavier blanket without feeling intense pain.

So I'm drawing/painting very slowly, using max. pen pressure on my drawing tablet so I don't have to push it too much... I started applying ice once again.. And here we go again. I might maybe see a specialist doctor to treat this soon (although I've seen a lot of doctors before and they all said the same - rest a lot and apply ice... But that's not helping anymore). I'm afraid this will become even worse soon and I'll have an irreversible lesion on my hands/pulses.

So, due to all of this, I might add 1-2 weeks extra on delivering time for all commissions in progress. I don't like to do this, and srsly I avoid doing it, but this time it will be necessary. I hope you guys understand. :(

Not very good news around here, this time. :(


I was expelled from my home by my mom last night, after a long period of intense fights and conflicts.
I explained it better on my Twitter, fixed tweet: https://twitter.com/Millleart

But just to summarize the whole situation, I've been a victim of a very narcisistic mother my whole life, someone who just wanted me to be a copy of her, obey her fully and act exactly as she wanted me to. If I had different views or opinions, I would frequently face a lot of yelling and she used to break objects at home. As a little child, I remember a lot of times where the dinner food was all over the kitchen, thrown away into the walls, roof and floors. Broken cups, broken plates.. I grew up in this environment.

Once she broke my dad's car windows after a family disagreement. Often she would threaten to k*ll herself in front of me, just to get what she wanted. I tried my best my whole life to be the perfect daughter she wanted me to be. I always studied a lot, managed great grades, straight A's... Always quiet, I would accept her behavior and shut up everytime she yelled and threw a tantrum. When I was 17 and managed to pass to a very good university (where I study now), but very far away from home, I got punished and she wouldn't speak to me for weeks, because she wanted me to stay in our hometown (yes, so she could control me better...).

I have properly diagnosed depression and anxiety disorder, and she never cared about it. Everytime I tried to explain her and tell her about those issues, she would turn against me and say stuff like: "What about MY problems?? I'm suffering WAY more than you!!", blah blah... I've listened other kind of stuff as well, like "You're an useless daughter", "Your depression isn't real"... Sometimes I would complain that I was too tired, and heared back "OH, TIRED? Of what, DRAWING?? Coloring? That's ridiculous"...


Yeah... Very messed up, I know. But I thought my family was healthy, for a long time. I thought I was the problem, for a long time, as she made me feel. Always saying everything was my fault. I was a child, and then a teenager, too young to understand what was happening.

I've been to some therapists during my life, and now I found a very good one, that I'm attending for more than one year. She showed me how bad those patterns and behaviors were. How unacceptable they were, and, of course, that my mom's problems weren't mine to solve.

Last year, I started applying my first basic boundaries at home. I started saying NO for the first time, and since that time, everything became slowly a living hell.
Of course she got even angrier and pissed off at me. Because I started asking for privacy, for freedom of choices and opinions... Etc.


She threatened to expell me from home a few times in the past. But this time, it was a terrible discussion and she officially expelled me from home.
The fun part is, while she was screaming, cursing, yelling and punching the tables/objects, I was very calm, using a calm and serious voice torwards her.
I know this pattern an behavior very well, at this point of my life. So I said, OK. Let's end this cycle.


I'll graduate in around 2 years from now, and even tho lawyers don't receive such a good salary in my country as it is in the US. or Europe, I think i'll still manage to build my life and find good people around, in the future.

In the city of my university, I know some places that I can try to find cheaper rents to live. Now I'm focusing on my future and trying to plan this new life. Maybe it was better that way... But indeed, I'm very sad, and still processing everything. Guys, I did tried my best to be the best daughter possible, helping my parents even financially since when I started earning some money from commissions, since I was 15 y.o.. Sometimes I wouldn't give her part of my commissions money, and she would get very pissed as well, because in her theory I should give my money to her because ''it's family'' and I have to ''be there for them''.... And I did it, for a long time.


Yesterday, she told me to go away, to never talk to her anymore, and to not even attend at her funeral. Plus some other terrible stuff I prefer not to say.

Well... That's it. I'm tired. And now, by myself. At least I still have my art, my studies and a few good people and friends around.

Hello, guys! How are you doing?


First of all, good news with bad news.
🐾 Good news: I took the 2nd dose of corona vaccine!! Yay!! Mine was Astrazeneca!

Bad news is... Atrazeneca hates young adults, as you may know. When I took the first dose, I felt sick for a week, had a big fever, joint pain (wow, my tendonitis loved that... yeah...), headaches, fatigue, etc...

Now I took the 2nd one 2 days ago. I was happy, naively thinking that I wouldn't feel anything for this 2nd time. Unfortunately, it seems like 2nd dose is even worse that the 1st. So, yeah... I haven't slept last night because my body was suffering from cold/hot horrible sensations coming in waves, I took some fever medications so I think my body was fighting it :( I haven't mentioned the sweat, general body aching/pains, headache and fatigue, as well.. Here we go again.

BUT let's not talk so sadly about it, right? It's good news, after all! Mainly for me, someone who has Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, a disease that severily affects my immune system! So, yeah... Covid-19 would probably be a big problem for me, If I get it. Let's hope not, and keep taking care!!

Hi guys! ♡

Hope you are doing well! ♡

Just a small life update: I got vaccinated 2 days ago for Covid-19! (First dose)

Unfortunately, I've been feeling pretty sick, with headaches, fever and general body aches, especially in my right arm - where the vaccine was applied.
The nurse said it could happen :c aw.

So I might take a few days extra to finish the commissions that are currently on their final steps! I'm taking this week to rest and take care of my body.

I hope I can get a little better before my birthday, tho :c
