Story raffle from 4 months ago...
Posted a month agoSo, right after I finished revealing the winner for the story raffle from 4 months ago (for 
) Things happened irl.
my health condition flared up and left me incredibly unwell for a while, so that already was not a good start at all. I felt awful.
and then mental health problems arose, problems that led me unmotivated to do much. I didn't have fun playing games, I didn't have fun writing either, and I didn't have fun just continuing to sit at home in pain like I always do, just now in even more pain. DIsabilties suck, both mental and physical, I hate them.
Why am I writing this? Well, I finally started feeling ready, so I went ahead and finished the "short story" I say short, but I got a bit too carried away and ended up writing over 4000 words for it. I guess that's what happens when you have fun writing something that you enjoy, eh? >w>
It'll be uploaded here very soon, Listria told me they really liked it and gave me the go ahead to start posting it. So I will.
Also for a bonus surprise, there'll be a second story being uploaded here once the mystery person gives me the go ahead as well. Yeah, turns out they liked my writing for a bit so pretty come impromptu commissioned me to write for them, and they actually gave me a decent amount of money for it too, which was great.
I'm wondering if I should maybe try a story commission sometime soon, see if anyone would be interested in that at all. Considering how poor I am right now (and is why i've hardly been getting any comms, bar gifts, which SPEAKING OF I do have a rather large backlog I need to get to...)
Anyways, yeah, enjoy the story, it'll be uploaded shortly.
Oh, perhaps I should move my old stories out of scraps. I put them there because I considered them that, just scraps that I wrote for fun in the past. But people genuinely do seem to like them, even if they are probably kind of... novice and what I consider not that great. Probably should get to that, too.

Story Raffle (I want to try something)
Posted 5 months agoSo, uhh. I want to try getting back into writing short kinky stories for people, since when I tried it in 2023 I did enjoy it, it just got ruined / cut short due to depression from my health condition flaring up.
And I've been so bored because I haven't really had much to do recently.
People seemed to enjoy my short stories so I thought i'd set up a raffle that lasts 3 days to see if I still have what it takes. However, what I enjoyed writing the most last time was short nsfw kinky stories.
So I guess i'll start with the rules.

No extreme kinks for now. If you request something that i'm not comfortable with writing about, I'll have to turn it down. I don't really off the top of my head have a list of What i'd like and what I don't like so please feel free to ask

Posted a year agoWell, with 2023 pretty much over (and already over depending on how far east you live) I thought i'd give a little recap of my year.
first off, my toxic parental relationship was mostly fixed in March when we moved house. Dad moved in to an old house he owned on his own and me, my sister and my dogs moved into the new one. Money has been a bit of a problem since Income isn't as good because of my mother being mostly the sole provider, which has resulted in me having to help out a lot of with my disability benefit income. I haven't had as much money this year for art and stuff because of it, especially near the end. I hope things get sorted out next year so I can get back to spending on things I rather over what I'm forced to. We will see.
My health however has been shitty this year. After pretty much no flare ups since the end of 2020 (2021 and 2022 were quite fine and not that bad) I've had symptoms since march, with only half of april and may being mostly symptom free. Lots of pain and discomfort and it's awful, going up and down, and seemingly getting bad again before it fully gets better which sucks. My painkiller dosage has been increased and i've been having difficulty sleeping, resolved with sleepign tablets but I don't want to be on them constantly.
As for gaming, I haven't played too many games this year, at least new ones. Mostly just played old games, spending lots of time on old school runescape (I made a new ironman this year and progress has been very good) but I did play some new games, this year i've played mario rpg on switch, zelda totk, bg3 and ffxvi (I bought a ps5 for black friday) And they're all great games, with my favourite being ffxvi! It's my personal goty, and up there as one of my favourite ff games (alongside 4 6 and 10. I don't know if I should count 14 among these since it's an mmo, but it's up there too if I would)
And as I mentioned earlier, with art, i got more earlier in the year before monetary issues started happening but had to slow down a lot. If I was to pick one of my arts this year for my favourite, hmm.... I'd have to pick either (NSFW WARNING) this from

. I think they're both super hot and I love them so much. Of course, I love all the art I get, I wouldn't commission it otherwise, would I?
And now I'd like to take a moment to talk about my friends!
First I'd like to give a special mention
(Storm) as the friend i've spent most of my year with, both in person and in voice chat. Having voice chatted with him almost daily, and even visited him twice, and been visited just a few days ago!I live in the UK and he's French so we don't live "toooo" far away at least. I love playing games with you, and we play a lot of games to each other, even if we don't fully understand what's happening in them, and others we certainly do. We also play a lot of zelda oot randomiser multiworlds together, it's become a bit of a thing we do almost every sunday, and it's great! Here's to the new year Storm, i'm sure we'll spend a lot of time together too! (you're also kinda hot, ngl)
Next i'd like to talk about

as two buds that i've known since almost the beginning of my time in the fandom. We tend to spend our friday and saturday nights together watching shows, mostly anime but also some western animation too! So far we caught up on finishing one piece (wano arc) And samuari jack (absolute classic of a show I urge you all to watch) They're currently watching ATLA but since I watched that recently (for the third time) I'm not currently watching it with them (not making it a priority I mean, I come if I have nothing else to do or am on my own). Here's hoping we'll watch some more great stuff in 2024 <3

For being there mostly to talk about my health and helping me when i'm down. He has a similar but probably worse condition to me and is one of the only few people that "gets it" when I talk about how it affects me (even more so than my family, sadly...) Yet despite that why do I always just keep getting so pissed every time. I can't sleep tonight now due to pointless anger salt and frustration. I feel like how I was back when I was in college and played.... Ugh ... League of legends...
I'm 29 and I don't feel like an adult at all. Just so childish and stupid at not getting what I want in terms of the results.
Does anyone else feel this way with anything (not just tga) or am I just the pathetic loser that I think I am?
Edit; justice for Ben Starr. Won best role at golden joystick a but couldn't win it at the game awards. Game awards are so fucking dumb.
Edit2: in the end, only the best performance role is the one I was slightly disappointed in. And even then, he did win at the golden joysticks and lost to who I believe was only slightly behind him in performing their character anyway so it isn't even that bad. Disappointed a little at best action game but that's solely because I have a friend who loves hi fi rush and I wanted it to win solely to make him happy, which is a shame.
Overall, I'm far more satisfied than last year. I don't feel anything was robbed.

Posted 2 years agoHi, it's been a while since i wrote journals regarding my health. Really sorry if I sounded needy or attention seeking, I was just in a lot of pain and needed some communication to try and feel better if that made sense? I apologise for that.
So... updates. My health is kinda better. I'm able to be on my pc daily now, although some days are pretty shitty, they are absolutely not as bad as they have been. So we can kind of say it's resolved, but not well enough to go out and visit friends and stay over for a few days yet i'd say. Getting there though.
About my character, well i've had a bit of an update or change. When I first joined the fandom, I was pretty subby as fuck. As you can tell from most of the art I was getting, I had a bit of an obsession with something. I'm not talking about my kinks, I'm talking about something vanilla. You know what it is. Well, i've decided from now on that it's going to be super rare that i'll actually get something slutty and submissive as my feral forms, mostly dom from now on. If I do get something where i'm the bottom, it'll most likely be powerbottoming. I do have some art on the way that may have been decided before I made this change, so I'll talk about the art i'm getting...

I'm mentioning these arts (and a story, woo) because i've decided i'm slowing down on art. My income got slashed in half due to needing to pay way more rent for living at home, and I had to lend a large sum of my money out to make sure we wouldn't be kicked out of the home, and it'll be a while before I get paid back. There's no fear of being kicked out at any point though, we've thoroughly gone through that. It's just that we'll have less income for a while until we can sort ourselves out.
Because of this, other than the art mentioned above, I won't be getting any other art until at least next year, and these arts were planned a long time ago so I couldn't in good conscience say no after it was planned. It simply isn't me.

So... updates. My health is kinda better. I'm able to be on my pc daily now, although some days are pretty shitty, they are absolutely not as bad as they have been. So we can kind of say it's resolved, but not well enough to go out and visit friends and stay over for a few days yet i'd say. Getting there though.
About my character, well i've had a bit of an update or change. When I first joined the fandom, I was pretty subby as fuck. As you can tell from most of the art I was getting, I had a bit of an obsession with something. I'm not talking about my kinks, I'm talking about something vanilla. You know what it is. Well, i've decided from now on that it's going to be super rare that i'll actually get something slutty and submissive as my feral forms, mostly dom from now on. If I do get something where i'm the bottom, it'll most likely be powerbottoming. I do have some art on the way that may have been decided before I made this change, so I'll talk about the art i'm getting...

Yeah I got a bluesky invite from a good friend, and well, I never really got into twitter, and then when I finally decided i'd use it more, mr elon came alone and clubbed it to death with a hammer, so I didn't bother.
now since this is a fresh platform, I thought why not actually use it? So my handle is danneth if you want to follow me, and i'll be sure to be more active there. Unlike that hollow shell of a platform. Sad times.

As someone whose been playing rpgs pretty much my entire life, jrpgs, western rpgs and mmorpgs, there's one thing that just gives me tons of dopamine. That being, number go up. Plain and simple, especially runescape.
Every thing I do, I love seeing progress, starting from nothing. seeing your stats, your numbers, go up. And now i'm at a pretty decent milestone on FA.
I hit 900 watchers, and 25k views on my page. woah. In just over 2 years. that's pretty big. Even if at the end of the day, it's meaningless, I just love seeing number go up :3
Soon i'll be at the biggest milestone for me, 1k watchers. When I do, i'll be sure to do a raffle again, like with 500. I hope you guys are looking forward to it, whenever it will be.
