My weightloss / muscle gain journey day 003
General | Posted 18 hours agoSo its day 3 of my weightloss / muscle gain journey, today is Monday the 09.03.2026, its also the first day i went to work with my intermittent fasting. It went surprisingly well, didn't feel exhausted or anything, I had some protein rich bread with cold cuts today for breakfast and a burrito for lunch, overall, pretty good meals imo. I should mention i work as a electrician who fixes electric motors so yeah not just sitting on my ass all day.
Weather was great today, so much so that I went outside during my lunch break to lay down and enjoy the sun, we have a green patch were allowed to take our break on sk I did :D
I actually lost weight ! I am kinda surprised ngl! The last two days were more or less devout of movement aside from standing up, but yeah lost 500g, rho its probably water weight
Current weight: 139.5kg
Goal weight: 100kg

My weightloss / muscle gain journey day: 002
General | Posted 2 days agoTodays been relatively uneventfull, i sticked to my times, drank plenty of water and played DND with a group of friends, it was very nice :D
I havent lost any weight, wouldnt expect myself to tbh, but it was a good weekend, i do hope next one will be even better,
I plan on going to a planetarium on friday with a very good friend of mine as a late bday present, i do hope hell enjoy it...
on other news my car is leaking oil, not much but enough to leave a few stains, gonna try if i cant get that fixed soonish,
as well as the rust spot i have on the rear left fender. that one is a bit sketchy to repair tho, its fully rusted out so cutting it out and placing a new piece is the only viable option. for refrence, i drive a Hyundai elantra from 2002, its even older than me ha! but its a very good car, only got about 103.000km on it and it was previously taken care of by a grandpa, so its in near perfect condition.
Another friend of mine actually burned a CD for me which i think is great, i am very hesitant to switch the radio out for a bluetooth capable one since i kinda fell in love with the charm the original car has. I also like CDs because they arent reliant on the rather shotty cel network conection we have in germany, at times its borderline unusable and i dont have to listen to a milion ads ! god damn i hate ads!

My weightloss / muscle gain journey day: 001
General | Posted 3 days agoHello everyone, thank ya for coming by my lil blog.
Today i started out my journey to lose weight and get some muscle mass, i kind of wanted to do it for a very, very long time.
I kinda need it, my doc told me to do it as well so i figured i might as well write blogs on here :D
what steps i take:
1. Intermitten fasting
I get to eat from 9:45am to 5:45pm so i got 8 hours of eating time, the rest of the time im not allowed to eat
2. More active lifestyle
I have been a very very lazy boy for most of my life, ever since I got my pc it kind of seald my fate XD
starting today (07.03.2026) ive decided to be more active, today i presure washed my moms patio, it was very very satisfying,
I also took a walk around the village i live in
3. Less fastfood
I kinda got addicted to fast food, BK is my current vice, its so expensive but some of their stuff is just good,
Still i have to stop going there so so often, its not healthy and i can tell, i feel more, slugish ? i cant really describe it
4. More water!!!!
I dont drink enough water, ive been a dehydrated wolf XD if someone got tips for that please tell me
5. Snacks
I got a snacking problem, i try to switch from chips to something diffrent, please give me some advice !
