Confuzzled was Awesome
Posted 14 years agoWow, that was a blast.
I can't believe Confuzzled is already over again.
It was amazing...
And here I was contemplating not even going this year. I'm glad I did.
Nothing really compares to the atmosphere at a con and it was just great to meet so many friends again.
Can we please hurry time along until Confuzzled 2012? :-3

Starstruck published!
Posted 15 years agoWow... I still can't quite believe how long this has taken. I guess that's what you get for trying to hold down a job while you're writing.
Anyway, my first very own novel, Starstruck, is now finally done and dusted. Find all the details here:

If you should have any questions, feel free to talk to me.

Starstruck - finally done
Posted 16 years agoWell, I've been scarce for a while.
The reason is that my novel project has simply been eating up all the time I had apart from work. But now I can happily announce that it's done - or at least written.
It's non-furry, so I won't bother you with details, but once it's "done" done, I'll let you know.

Wow, an endorsement
Posted 17 years agoI have to admit, I don't quite know what to say.
When I first wrote The Choices We Make half a year ago, I liked enough to post it, but I would never have imagined that one day the wonderful
vixyyfox would like it enough to actually recommend it.
Given the fact that this little story is kind of a prequal to Stalemate, the novel I wrote during last year's NaNoWriMo (http://www.nanowrimo.org/eng/user/300515), it means a lot for my motivation to keep working on it.
Right now I'm working on another novel draft (non-furry, I'm afraid), mainly because Stalemate needs some time to rest and mature, but I shall return to it soon.
Meanwhile, I will try and make the time to participate in the Thursday Prompt kindly hosted by
poetigress so watch out for me.

Posted 17 years agoWell, it's November alright.
I'm still nervous, but I would say the first day of this year's NaNoWriMo went rather well. I'm ahead in the polls as it were with 4,406 words (remember, the goal is 1,667 per day on average).
It will be hell to revise, of course, but I'm trying not to think about that just yet. :-D

My very first...
Posted 17 years agoWell, now's as good a time as any, I guess.
If you are reading this, you will have noticed that I have now started writing a journal.
The main reason for that is that, come November, I will take part in the National Novel Writing Month challenge (or NaNoWriMo for short).
For those of you who don't know it, it is a writing challenge that demands that you write a whole 50,000+ word novel (or at least the first draft of one) during the 30 days of November alone.
The idea behind it is to stop second-guessing yourself and just get the job done - something I am often struggling with.
I have let myself be talked into it by a writer friend and now I guess I'll have to see it through.
In any case, I'm pretty certain that during November I'll need a little encouragement every now and then, so I will keep you all posted and I'll really appreciate any comments you might have.
