How to use my hypno file system.
General | Posted 17 years agoHello everyone. As promised here is the method of creating full length hypno files fo your listening enjoyment. Esentially, what I have planned out right now is a color coding system for the thumbnails of the files(the title color in the thumbnail, that is). At this point, the system is:
*BLUE = Induction
*GREEN = Body
*YELLOW = Awakener
*RED = Script(will have a phrase below title stating that it is a script, and in the title of the submission)
So, now that you know what each color means, lets find out what to do with this system. When you want to "make" a listenable file, you will need one of each color, EXCEPT for red. The red files are for if people want to edit, read, or re-record files. Now then, you setup a file just how you setup a playlist, you place the correct files in order. So, you want to start out with an induction file, to get you into a trance. Next come the body file(s). Notice how there is a s tagged on there, you can put as many body files as you want in order. Granted, you must know your limit, a trance can only last for so long, and the more files you add, the more your brain has to process, thus, the slower the files will work. So, to start with, have just 1 body file. Once you start to get more experienced, or you find that 2 files work really well together, you can start to chain them together. Finally, place an Awakener in the playlist to wake you from the trance gently. I have herd cases of people being "shocked awake" by just getting up, and they tend to be increadibly sluggish, or even get headaches. To prevent this, the awakener brings you out of trance with a countdown. If you are listening before bed-time(a great time to listen, or right after you wake up, which is even better) and want to go to bed right afterwards, or even do sleep training(does work, but sometimes works slower)just don't put the awakener in. So, the basic playlist format is:
Induction(BLUE)
Body1(GREEN)
Body2(GREEN)
...
Body#(GREEN)
Awakener(YELLOW) //if desired
See, its easy. I hope that this has proved informative on how to use my file system, and I wish you much luck in your self-hypnotic adventures ^^ If you have any questions, please post here, or PM me.
