Hey all,

So after several failed attempts to try and keep up with my accounts (new and old) on here over the last 6 years I've decided to leave Fur Affinity.

While I am still writing my novels bit by bit, I haven't felt attached to the furry community in a long time, not since I left QLD. I don't do any art especially of the digital variety, haven't done in way too long; I don't even own a drawing tablet so kinda a mute point heh.

My workplace and caring for my Mum has taken up priority in life since I left QLD almost 7 years ago now and I'm happy dabbling in my Warhammer models with the spare time I do have. As I said I am still writing my novels however and you can find me on WattPad if any of you wish to keep reading my works; links will be below!

It's been a whirl-wind adventure on this site but all things must come to an end eventually right? I'll leave my accounts running for a little while longer to give any followers who may still lurk my stuff a chance to head over to my other socials but after that I'll be deleting all my works on the accounts here and saying farewell.

I want to say a HUGE thank you to anyone and everyone who has commissioned me in past years, even to those who liked, commented and shared my writings and whacky doodles. I truly appreciate everything that the FA community gave to me and I'll never forget the fantastic times shared, the experiences and the love I've felt over the many, many years here helped shape me as an artist to begin...and a writer there-after.

Evening Everyone,

After a lengthy hiatus; not all of it intentionally taken, from writing due to moving. And having to say farewell to my 16 y/o furbaby to kidney failure shortly after that and to finding a job- then being overworked as practically the sole (casual paid) full-time working waitress the last couple of years at just one of the many (busier) local hotel/motels in the area.

I finally asked for specific hours per week after Christmas last year...only now being given them, so I have a life outside of serving ungrateful/rude small-town beings and having ruined my body doing so. I ended up with bursitus in my left sholder, tennis elbow and tendonitus in my palm with 6 weeks of "minor workload" from constantly washing dishes ontop top of waiting/serving; so management can now deal with the lack of staff as they should be instead of expecting yours truly to do every shift almost alone for 60+ people a night if not more...

I've learnt to use the 'NO' word most effectively of late when asked to cover for someone unwilling to do their own shift *breathes deep* best feeling ever, learning it's not on me to always say yes in order to ensure work is entirely covered.

I've taken a bit of time to catch up on much needed housework and in taking care of my Ma properly (as I've meant to be doing over my job stuff), painting some warhammer ahead of time this year for New Year New Army. I've come a long way in moving past all my axieties, depression and those issues brought upon by my ex-housemate...I feel comfortable in getting back into my writing without any mental hinderances again!

I'll try to post up a new chapter to one of my stories every fortnight, perhaps more if inspiration allows!! Until then enjoy the next chapter to Future Past Clash.

Good Evening Ladles & Jellyspoons!

It's been a solid year or more since I was last active & my previous journal certainly explained all as to why. Shortly after having to say farewell to my furbaby Wulfbane due to kidney failure I wasn't in the best mind-set for a lot of things...needless to say the months afterwards were a giant rollercoaster of emotions, none of them very good. I put my head down & found myself a job towards the end of 2022 I now work bar/bistro at a local pub & for the last 10 months I've been head-down ass-up burying myself in work learning a completely new field of work; so different to the wildlife stuff I was used to before moving home. Things were exceedingly busy during the Christmas period & have only recently begun to taper down to getting decent days off.

Between work when things have allowed I took up my Warhammer miniature painting to keep my brain active & off the trickling feelings of loss, & with a couple of co-workers who are fellow writers/nerds we've been setting up writing nights over recent months in order to help each other plow through the ever-present 'writers block'!

It's slow going to be sure, but I am back in & writing my stories/chapters & even creating new fan-fictions along the way to cut back the manotony of editing to my HellFire Tales. Needless to say in the coming weeks I'll (hopefully) be posting up new content for those of you still actively watching my little account. I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas, an enjoyable New Year & to those that I have missed this past year Belated Happy Birthday's to you all!!

Hey everybody,

Once more I must apologize for being so inactive on my stories, the last two months my cat Wulfbane's health had been severely declining, at the start of the year he was taken into the vets & got diagnosed with having very high hyperthyroidism. He was put onto medication for that & had been doing so well all year until two weeks ago, his appetite declined to all but nothing, he wasn't going to his litter box, so another trip to the vets was made.

That weekend he was kept over & was put onto continuous IV fluids because blood test results came back as having 85-90% kidney failure, by Monday his creatinine levels weren't quite in the green still, but vets told me one more day wouldn't change much all they could do was send him home with a new renal diet to be given...he had 50-50 chance of picking up, but they also said it could be a matter of days/weeks/months as he only had 15% of one kidney left working.

I had two extra days with him before my poor old boy crashed again & Friday November 5th I had to make the hardest but kindest choice, to have him put to sleep. I didn't want him to suffer, I knew there was little else the veterinarians could do for him at this point it was the only option left.

This past week has been difficult to say in the least, I'd had 16 years worth of having his loving personality there whenever I've needed, Wulfbane was my emotional rock through all the hardships endured from my ex housemate & his horrible child-spawn for 18 years, I did all I could emotionally, physically & financially to help out my good boy but sadly it was his time to go. I stayed with him holding him while they gave him some green dream letting him pass away peacefully, I'm having him cremated so in a few weeks he will be home again in a manner soon enough.

Barely a night has passed where I haven't laid in bed crying because I miss him so much but I know he's no longer suffering & in pain, I know he's here in spirit watching over me, time is what will make missing him hurt less too but it's still rather raw right now.

I want to thank everyone who's been watching, liking & leaving comments on my submissions in my absence, I truly do appreciate it, I do not know when I'll be up for adding to my stories as yet, I'm giving myself time to grieve properly.

Heya Everybody!

Sincerest apologies for not having been around much (again), things are still super busy with taking care of my Ma, even my Tiktok's & Warhammer miniature painting has slowed down at this point, lockdown in Oz at the moment has been driving everyone batty as heck...so I'm taking some time -as I can- to finish re-uploading my older stories from my original account. That way I can finally deactivate it & continue on uploading (hopefully) new stuff to this one.

I really hope you all have been doing alright?

I do miss writing, I've been trying several times but I feel like my mojo got so severely lost in my years prior when my depression was just utterly dark & terrible. I'd hoped that a new environment would bring back my spark but I feel like my brain & emotions are still in limbo, trying to re-configure themselves to not being in a toxic/negative environment.

Only time will tell, I'm not giving up though! Writing my novels was always an enjoyment & a large goal for me was to get my stuff published...that's still a lingering hope. I just need to find my head-space again.

Hey Everyone,

Apologies for the lapse in submissions again, I've been a little busy of late here at home with family; helping take care of my Ma means little time for other stuff especially when her pain levels get too much.

The only thing to fill in the gaps of my own spare moments I have been able to really do is my Tiktok content creating. Honestly it's fun and I'm enjoying it and enjoying making people happy/smiling/laughing.

But I haven't forgotten about all my amazing FA peeps so don't worry too much!

This is the new account being merged from so please bare with me while I slowly re-upload chapters from my novels over the next couple of weeks.

I am reverting the title of my main novel series to its original/former name Hellfire Tales so those will be the last to be submitted as I need to re-do the cover art thumbnails for my books first.
