Moved Back!
Posted 9 years agoHey guys,
I've moved back to The Netherlands! Living in Den Haag (The Hague) with my boyfriend
malk now :)
As much fun as living in London was, it feels good to be back in my own house in my home country again.

Resuming activities
Posted 11 years agoHey guys,
After a prolonged absence, I finally intend to resume activities on this account. I'm sorry for having been so inactive, but due to life circumstances I haven't had the time to keep up with the fandom. This has finally changed since I've moved to London.
I will now be actively participating in the UK Fur fandom, and you can find me at most LFM!
Last but not least I want to shout out to
-wolf1 and
garnetto. They will be my flatmates here in London. They are both awesome artists, check them out if you haven't already and tell them I said hi!

Ask Me Anything - Piercing Edition
Posted 12 years agoWell, it seems like there have been several questions about my newly acquired Prince Albert Piercing, so I decided to go ahead and start an AMA about it .

The rule to play in this question raffle is to ask an interesting or creative question, post a journal linking to this one, and posting a link to your best reference.

3FM Serious Request. €7.135.707,-
Posted 14 years agoMany of you probably won't know what 3FM Serious Request is. So I'll introduce it by saying it is awesome.
wikipedia wrote:Serious Request is a yearly project by Dutch radio station 3FM in which they collect money for projects of the Red Cross. The project was first held in 2004. During the project, three DJs live in a house of glass for six days (5 days in 2004) without eating anything, instead drinking special juice to stay fit... While the DJs are in the house, they play songs requested by people via the internet or directly at the glass house. While making requests, the listeners donate a certain amount of money to the project. Furthermore numerous Dutch celebrities help the project by donating money and auctioning certain items they have. The project always takes place during the week prior to Christmas.
And as such, for the past week we had another succesfull Serious Request week. This year we collected money for children who lost their parents to aids. The Red Cross calculated that €11,- would provide a child with food for a month, and €25,- would provide that child with food, education and psychological support.
In total we managed to gather €7.135.707,- without government support.
This is a massive sum of money, and it will all go to those children.
The Dutch people are deeply disappointed with the government this year, as they usually either donate a generous sum, or double the amount gathered, this year they did not.
As some of you may know, I was an intern at 3FM's web-department. So this result makes me extra happy as I've met the DJ's that where in the house in person.
I want to thank everyone in Holland who took the time to donate, I want to thank the DJ's Gerard Ekdom, Giel Beele and Coen Swijnenberg, the DJ and Red Cross ambassador Eric Corton, the web-department, and everyone else involved in this major undertaking.
I'm considering setting up a project myself, through which those of you who want to donate to this great cause, can do so too next year.
Thank you all for reading this, and Merry Christmas

Art contest, and potential comic book - Repost for a friend
Posted 15 years agoNow,I have a proposition to anyone who can hold a pencil or digitally design. As a reasonably decent writer, I have made a reasonably popular story series in the form of exploration, and I am forever being suggested to put all these stories into a novel and sell it. However, I am thinking of a second suggestion, one that may benefit both me and whoever is decent enough of an artist.
Exploration in comic book form I hear you say? I'd prefer the term "graphic' novel', but it's much the same thing. If the quality of my writing is equal to the quality of the artist I'm collaborating with, then I reckon that such a venture might become profitable (with the added footnote I have no idea how to publish books, so I shall have to learn).Any potential artists need the following skills.
A)The ability to draw all variants of furries, and aliens, purely from description, as Exploration is a fully multi species adventure story.
B)Give detailed background, when I require a wide shot of the landscape to accurately convey the majesty of the situation.
C)Get used to drawing sexual themes, occasional transformations, teleportation, mechanical effects.
D)Have a sense of humour. *essential*
So to put all of this on a level playing field, the scenario on which any potential artist (Good luck on this, I'm hopeless) needs to draw is this. Silverine (7 and a half foot black and silver anthro winged wolf with a scar across his left eye), Alduin(Six foot human with black hair, casual clothes and a rifle, and Draco (7 and a half foot tall red anthro dragon with yellow underbelly, topless) have all returned to Central after a mission. This part of Central is A 10 foot by ten foot metal corridor leading either way, lit softly. A glower (7 foot tall golden glowing creature, normally oval shaped with no corporeal body) approaches them, asking how the trip was (leave blanks for my writing) All three explorers show nervousness at the presence of this creature due to it's destructive power, and Silverine takes off down the corridor. Alduin changes/transforms into a 6 foot long, one foot high car (your choice) and drives off after him, leaving the dragon to talk to the glower.(who has the red/blushing/sweatdrop expression)
Again, good luck to all potential candidates, send your entry to my MSN (alduinsilas@live.com), and have fun. If you're not interested in entering, please, please pass this on to your fellow furs who may be interested.Good luck again, and may riches crown our joint sucess.
