A bout of guilt and depression over misunderstanding a music video and A-Logging someone who didn’t deserve it led me to temporarily disable my account here. I’m feeling a lot better now, though I do still question my overall worth to the community.
I’ve been in the community for fifteen years, but what do I have to show for it? Often, I get the feeling that I don’t matter to anyone and that my efforts at making content are for nothing. I even struggle to get commission work done, as I still feel insensitive about my skills, but am constantly shoved out of limited slots by everyone. I keep hoping someone new who watches can draw, but their gallery is as empty as a piggy bank the day after Christmas. Some people even hate me over my actions a decade ago, my infamous insanity-spawned pro-requests campaign. Even though I have a steady job now, it feels like the fates have adapted to my gains. I can’t draw humans and I’m shaky when it comes to backgrounds.
All that was tied into a recent Sonic music video that led to me to fantasize about the crucifixion of the lead singer of Crush 40. ALL OVER A JOKE. I can’t stand dark humor, yet I went totally off the rails by voicing my disdain of the “Growing Up Sucks” concept.
Plus, with that in tandem, I ask who would want to collab with me anyway, within the community or without. I’m not made of money and so many of my old friends and followers are gone. A couple became enemies. If I went to a non-*BDL about this, one session of perusing my gallery would drive them away.

Posted 4 years agoTo all who commissioned me over the past month, I wish to thank you. You’ve helped me out quite a bit, and as things look now, I might just pull through. Posted 5 years agoSo I was told that a prominent diaper artist (whose name shall be anonymous) was refusing to draw established characters starting January 1.
Restrictions: the story of my life.
A long time ago I went insane when people only did commissions and I had neither a PayPal nor a job, so I had to rely on art trade, or the rarest thing of all, requests. Naturally, nobody wanted to do anything if it didn’t involve money. As such, I became a pariah, and it’s still held against me in some circles.
Eventually I did get a PayPal, as well as a way to earn money. But I got new problems along with it. Apparently, when word got out that I had the ability to pay for commissions, people had to scramble in order to deny me my goals. It was the world of slots you could be crowded out of and of restrictive rules.
Remember when I did art commissions?
Remember the rule prohibiting the drawing of characters who were 18 years old or older?
Want to know WHY that rule was put in place?
You really want to know?
You absolutely sure you want to know?
Positive?
Okay.
I set up that rule because almost nobody would draw characters, established or otherwise, who weren’t adults. Simple as that.
I’ve long-since rejected pornography — as far as I’m concerned, the more sex-crazed one is the stupider they are. Basically, Johnny Bravo. I figuratively took a blood oath in the past that, when I pad up characters, I would NEVER go the sex route. Because fuck sex.
I also went into drawing my own commissions as a way to spite the people who rejected my ideas or ran away from me.
I bit off more than I could chew. My body was unable to handle so many CMs (if I could get them) and I wasn’t confident enough in my own skills. I just wanted to fill the void the community left me with, but I couldn’t.
I seriously do think there’s a conspiracy to prevent my ideas from being realized. Whether it’s taking advantage of my time zone or just plain spite, I don’t think there’s any hope of getting any of my concepts drawn that won’t wind up looking like this: https://www.deviantart.com/dragonri.....gift-862979306
I just don’t know how to do it. There’s no “job offers” board like there is on DeviantArt. Naturally, if I did post something like that there, I’d probably get a bunch of “bruh”s; it’s happened before.

New Venture: STORY COMMISSIONS
Posted 5 years agoI’m coming back to create content, as I’m in need of raising funds for a much-needed vacation next year (I’ve worked my current job for almost four years and have yet to leave my hometown since starting). My creative spark is perilously in danger, which is why there’s been such little content as of late.
As I can’t compete with the likes of Joey or Tato, I’m gonna open a new venue: STORY COMMISSIONS. Writing, I feel, has always been a stronger fit than drawing, so I want to try doing stories. Let’s say... $0.10 a line?
The rules are simple: 1) Keep it PG, 2) if I don’t feel comfortable with certain parts of the subject matter, I can refuse, and 3) I will only accept payment if the end result meets the customer’s standards.
Note me for projects, regular previews will be given.

Posted 5 years agoThis journal is in response to a former follower who shall remain anonymous, though I will address him as “Jimba”.
Jimba loved a lot of the stuff I made over the years. However, it became increasingly clear that we would not be compatible due to a slavish devotion to Marxist philosophy. You read that right, Jimba is a Communist, and I’m not talking in the “I strongly disagree with him and have resorted to calling him names” way, he was one by admission.
We were never truly friends, though I tried to be one (we are both into diapers), only reaching the high-water mark of acquaintances who only occasionally spoke to one another. Usually, when Jimba would, it was in an unhinged, feral, and immature fashion. This is especially evident when you point out the flaws and atrocities of Marxism. At one point when I questioned how it could work given its horrible track record and body count, he denounced me as a pessimistic capitalist and tried to block me… but then tried to walk everything back because he liked my artwork, saying that it had an innocent look to it. I tried to extend an olive branch… but it wouldn’t last.
When I posted that image of Catty and Daisy carrying Hetero flags in a parody of sexuality showboating, I got some people who thought it was funny and smart, a couple who disagreed with it (but remained civil), and one troll. Then came Jimba, who was foaming-at-the-mouth angry at the fact that I’m neutral toward people, seeing one’s preferences as superficial in relation to the individual himself. He even went and defended the actions of DesmondIsAmazing’s caretakers. DesmondIsAmazing, for those unaware, is an underage boy forced to do striptease dances at New York gay bars…an act encouraged by his own parents.

The last time the two of us had an extended interaction was on a Discord server run by a guy who reviews cartoons on DeviantArt; I won’t give the name of the admin of the server, either, but let’s just say he wants to change the world somehow. I made a remark under the Venting channel about people who wear Che Guevara shirts and idolize the guy, when he was really a murderous racist and homophobe. Jimba blew a gasket. He was SO UPSET about the fact that I view Marxism in the same manner I and the rest of the world view Nazism. He’d tYpE iN hArD tO rEaD iNtErChAnGiNg CaSeS lIkE tHiS as a means to mock me whenever I would come across flaws in Communist thought, past and present. I’d ask him HOW the dictatorship of the proletariat would dissolve itself in order for the prophesized workers’ paradise would materialize and, like his heroes, could never give a coherent answer that transcended the realm of theory. When a historical Communist failure like the Great Leap Forward or something would get brought up, he dismisses it all as “not real socialism”. This is what people familiar with logic and philosophy call a “No True Scotsman” fallacy. It works like this:

The problem here is that there’s actual rubric to identify ideological groups. In the case of Marxism, we have the abolition of private property, centralized one-party government, anti-capitalism, state-sponsored antireligious activity and propaganda, etc. Historically, places like Red Russia and Mao’s China observed such statutes faithfully, and the end result is a mixture of mass-killings, prison camps, and artificial famines.

I won’t say what it is, but it’s him drawing stuff on a wall: a burning Earth, “ACAB”, etc. It looked just like the CHAZ’s outdoor graffiti gallery, but without the limp penises. I remarked about this under my non-diaper DA account. Jimba said the following:

Jimba loved a lot of the stuff I made over the years. However, it became increasingly clear that we would not be compatible due to a slavish devotion to Marxist philosophy. You read that right, Jimba is a Communist, and I’m not talking in the “I strongly disagree with him and have resorted to calling him names” way, he was one by admission.
We were never truly friends, though I tried to be one (we are both into diapers), only reaching the high-water mark of acquaintances who only occasionally spoke to one another. Usually, when Jimba would, it was in an unhinged, feral, and immature fashion. This is especially evident when you point out the flaws and atrocities of Marxism. At one point when I questioned how it could work given its horrible track record and body count, he denounced me as a pessimistic capitalist and tried to block me… but then tried to walk everything back because he liked my artwork, saying that it had an innocent look to it. I tried to extend an olive branch… but it wouldn’t last.
When I posted that image of Catty and Daisy carrying Hetero flags in a parody of sexuality showboating, I got some people who thought it was funny and smart, a couple who disagreed with it (but remained civil), and one troll. Then came Jimba, who was foaming-at-the-mouth angry at the fact that I’m neutral toward people, seeing one’s preferences as superficial in relation to the individual himself. He even went and defended the actions of DesmondIsAmazing’s caretakers. DesmondIsAmazing, for those unaware, is an underage boy forced to do striptease dances at New York gay bars…an act encouraged by his own parents.

The last time the two of us had an extended interaction was on a Discord server run by a guy who reviews cartoons on DeviantArt; I won’t give the name of the admin of the server, either, but let’s just say he wants to change the world somehow. I made a remark under the Venting channel about people who wear Che Guevara shirts and idolize the guy, when he was really a murderous racist and homophobe. Jimba blew a gasket. He was SO UPSET about the fact that I view Marxism in the same manner I and the rest of the world view Nazism. I’d ask him HOW the dictatorship of the proletariat would dissolve itself in order for the prophesized workers’ paradise would materialize and, like his heroes, could never give a coherent answer that transcended the realm of theory. When a historical Communist failure like the Great Leap Forward or something would get brought up, he dismisses it all as “not real socialism”. This is what people familiar with logic and philosophy call a “No True Scotsman” fallacy. It works like this:

Feeling paranoid and blacklisted
Posted 5 years agoI want to get a cover image done for my story, but I have no luck. I can't draw, and I especially can't draw humans, so I seek others to draw for me. No matter what I try as of late, there's nobody who's open. I get the same stuff all the time:
"Sorry, honey, I'm not open right now."
"I can't draw anything at the moment."
"I'm not comfortable with the subject."
I am at wit's end, and beginning to think that there's a secret blacklist out there that's shared between artists and others to prevent me from getting stuff I want to see realized. Like, there was this one dude who only draws for Patreon supporters, but only has three slots open... but they all get taken up in a microsecond because he's a brilliant artist.
I really do think people out there are intentionally trying to prevent me from getting work done, and I really don't want stuff that looks like some kindergartener doodled it in ten seconds.
What do I have to do, host a contest?

Posted 6 years agoI may sound paranoid, but for some reason, I can't seem to find anyone willing to take up this idea of mine. One unnamed guy has backed me, and I don't know who would be willing to tackle what I want to do. I don't want to come off as annoying or something, but if it has anything to do with that one pic from back in the summer, offending was never my intent.

Posted 6 years agoBecause of the most recent DeviantArt update, it has become harder to edit New Fairy Tale chapters as I resume work on them again. As such, they have been moved to FA. I really don't expect a lot of reaction since, despite being very diaper-oriented, it's not Sonic-related.
Never the less, I'm moving it.
