Hey all, Choco here!

I wanted to give you all an update on how I am. I've been feeling a lot better. There's still a few things I'm figuring out for myself, but the main thing is that I haven't felt depressed in a long while. I'm surrounded by friends who love me, I have a loving partner who I'm so happy to be with, and I've been spending time with people who have this magical ability to pull me out of a funk whenever I'm sunk deep into it. There's also Furry Weekend Atlanta coming up, so I've been incredibly excited for that.

As for commissions, I'm taking them on a case-by-base basis. I wanted to put a giant sign up front saying that I'm not taking comms anymore so I wouldn't overload myself with more work I couldn't handle. It was hard enough just to do one piece or audio, and I didn't want to fill my already-small plate even higher. Unfortunately, the caveat was having a giant blinking "I AM DEPRESSED" arrow pointing to it, so I understandably made people worried.

It's crazy how fast things can change. Hopefully it stays this way! Thanks for reading as always, and I'll see you in the next journal.

Hey all! It's been a while since I've posted here. So, a few things:

1. I'm opening my comms back up again! It's been a rough patch of mental health (and some sudden technical issues, which I'll get to in the next post), but I'm feeling great about creating again. I know how much people love my audios and art, yet I never internalized it. I would always just say thank you without really feeling it. It got to the point where my impostor syndrome was basically eating me alive. I felt like a fraud who was just watching everyone do it better. Then I realized that I have my own style, my own spin, my own creative vision on things, and that THAT is worth more than I can put into words. So I'm putting it into my art and my audio production. I'm happy to be working for all of you kinky gross furries again!

2. With all the sappy stuff out of the way, I'm on Linux now! LM Cinnamon, specifically. My Windows exploded and wouldn't boot back up from a fresh USB, so I had to transfer all my art and whatnot to Linux. It's only been a few days, but I'm liking how it's running so far! If there are any Linux users who might be willing to help a newbie out, feel free to leave your advice in the comments.

3. Thank you all so much for the continued support, even when I'm not being active. I check FA every day to see the faves, watches and comments you all leave. They mean a lot to me, even if it's for something as silly as kink art.

It feels good to be back.

After I upload the last pieces I need to complete, I'll be closing comms indefinitely. My work has been taking too long because of my mental health and bad work ethic. I shouldn't be keeping you waiting because of me.
