Someone is going around searching for underaged art and banning people. It's as simple as that. The 'worse' stuff you're talking about is probably already under consideration. Not sure why they're being so hardnosed about it though. If it had been two underaged pokemon or MLP characters, no one would have batted an eye, I'm sure.

doesn't matter, fa servers are in UK and the web host can be held responsible for things that break UK law. If they don't enforce a tos that meets the standard of the law the whole website could get shut down and the owners fined or worse.

Yeah...that means you gotta be more careful of what you post and maybe adjust them to fit the demographic of content. Change up the models to not get into trouble and put up a warning in the description.

Sounds like PIxiv might be the next port of call. They do demand genital censors but you can always link the uncensored off-site.
