Accidentally just handed someone my username and password.
Now I'm panicking trying to change all the sites that use that password, bad memories coming back to me and it's making me panic worse.

Late response, but I recommend using a password manager like LastPass (most popular), 1Password (most liked), or Bitwarden (open source, my recommendation). Your browser also has a built in password manager if you want to go that route. It just helps to have all your passwords randomized.
