Would you guys like to see a more proper, more permanent listing made like...say, every year?
I'll upload a new image each year for you guys to type up a not as limited ad.
If so, would you prefer shouts to be disabled?
If not, should I remove old shouts? How old should they be? A month? 3?

better would be a dynamic one and updated more often

a month is a maximum
