OH LAWD HE COMIN'
Hi everyone. I know it's been a while since I last made a proper journal here but, figured I might as well, considering this one is... obviously quite important.
As I'm sure some of you might know, the recent events that transpired in this community over the past few days (and I'm sure you'll know what these events that I'm referring to are) have left a super fucking sour taste in my mouth, and due to this, I've been debating whether or not I should just ditch this place once and for all.
I'm here to say that, after my latest commission I recently paid for is fully finished and confirmed complete, I'm gonna be jumping ship and saying goodbye to this godforsaken place; my account will be (probably) permanently disabled and I won't be looking back. Main reason is obviously because I'm not going to idly sit by and watch as certain types of "fictional content" that I dare not mention are considered safe and are allowed to be on here, while many, MANY far more important issues are being neglected, and have been for basically the past couple years. Also, the other reason being that a certain new website that popped up has now effectively fully driven me away due to the utter incompetence of its mod team and how they're tackling the certain types of content that's allowed on said site.
I understand this might be a bit upsetting to those of you who currently watch me, especially to anyone new that recently discovered my page, but for fuck's sake this is not the way for anyone to handle a goddamn website, especially one as (in)famous and popular as this, or the other aforementioned one that seemed like a decent alternative.
If you want to contact me further once I'm gone from here, I have two Twitter accounts. But the easiest way to send messages my way is via Discord; if you'd like to get my tag, send me a note and I'll be happy to give it to those of you who want it. I can also send you links to any other methods of communication that I currently use if you ask for them, including Twitter.

The services of other sites like Weasyl are just dwarfed by FA's userbase and it's status as one of the biggest art sites in the fandom, so a turnabout might be a while longer in the making...
