PLEASE READ THIS!!
I have given careful thought about this, and I have come to a decision - I am no longer accepting requests from these two artists:
foxboyx13 and 
BoltDog10
Why, you may ask?
No offence, guys, but I am getting tired of getting bombarded with requests every single day. I have a lot of other things to do every day, such as eating, gaming and the occasional shopping. Besides, I feel that balloon suits are getting old. I loved the idea when I first created it, but I am getting tired of doing the same thing every single day. I want to explore new ways to draw things, use new ideas, write new stories and so on.
If you can accept all this, I will be happy.

And this is why I don't request art from people more than once per request opening. While receiving art of my OC Cottonsweetie is often exciting, I feel I'm better off not bombarding other people with requests as not mass-requesting means less of a hassle for them. For some artists I mostly stick to participating in art trades anyway.
Though technically I relax the "more than once" part when it comes to making stream requests (assuming there's not a lot of people in said stream), I still stand on not bombarding people with requests.
