They cut 90% of all my favorites! I knew it was freaking bad when they cut Mega Evos and Z-moves, but damn...
Fuck this generation. I'm officially boycotting all generations forward from now on! Fuck Sword & Shield! That's it! I'm putting my faith, money, and respect in a different company. Don't even ask me to draw pokemon from this generation.
I'm usually a very reserved person but they fucking blew it! I'm not buying a Switch, I'm not buying this game.
It's great to know that out of ALL the starters, including my faves, only Charizard made the cut. Ah hahahahahah kill me.
I have to vent. I really do. I can't cope any other way.
Goodbye absol, Swords of Justice, mienshao, audino, magnezone, smeargle, houndoom, among many others. You didn't die in vain.
This is worse than the Fallout 76 fiasco, which I have been mostly silent about. I didn't think it was possible, but life continues to surprise me.
Let this journal be a reminder that I never buy anything Gamefreak related ever again.

Don't get me wrong, Pkmn GO is a very strange and different experience from the main series, mechanics way too alien for my liking, but at least they're not, you know, Gamefreak.
Sad this the first generation I'm not buying
Glad someone also isn't buying.
Out of my old faves, which are typically the "Godzilla"-built Pokemon (Nidoking / Nidoqueen, Kangaskhan, Aggron, etc), only Tyranitar made the cut, and 1 does not a team make.
They even cut out my alternative faves, Tropius and Muk, so there's really no reason for me to revisit the series, now more than ever. XD
I'm afraid I'm losing out, that I've given up on pokemon as a whole. But who knows? Maybe there's another franchise I can cling onto. I don't know what else to feel. Emptiness? Who knows.
They're cutting corners, they think they're above their customers, they think they're immune. Welp, money talks, and it seems the only language they can understand is money... so, speak with your wallet.
(And got pretty ticked).
I know it's a bit of a longshot but I hope the next game will have everyone back, if not.. Well we can keep playing the games that do have our treasured Pokemon.
Honestly, I doubt it. I cannot see those pokemon coming back Gen 9. Gamefreak made the message clear they hate these pokemon and do not care continuing support for them. Forced to remain as distant memories.
Yeah it really... ticks me off because a lot of pokemon who are loved, are really underrated, in the show they didn't get any screentime (And if they did if was very little, portrayed as the villain for no reason, or made to seem defenseless when they should be more than capable of fighting) and in the games a few of these if not most of them were outclassed in power by a lot of pokemon, quite a few being overrated that's seen in just about everything. (That.. and a some of these "overrated" pokemon I just despise, I wont name them for those who do like them).
Alright, I'm done. I just hope all that made sense, and I'm sorry about it being so long.
At this point, they lack integrity, AND consistancy.
