TERMS OF SERVICE:
☼ WHAT WE DO ☼
We will be providing YCH with slight line modifications as well as adopts. We will always specify in the YCH once it is uploaded if the lines can or can't be modified on that YCH.
☼ READ ALL OF THE TERMS ☼
♦ If we find that you have not read our rules, we will not do business with you. You will have to wait until the next time we open.
♦ This is not our job. It is a side business that we have established. That said, our lives holds priority.
♦ Even though this is not our job, it is a business. We will not, from this day forward, give special privileges to friends or associates. We will work in a professional manner which for us means treating everyone as equals no matter their relation to us.
♦ We will not do third-party commissions. If you want a commission to be done for someone, get their permission and verify what they want. We will not communicate with them for you. You will be held responsible for upholding whatever agreement you made with them, not us.
♦ We do these on our own time, and will work with you as best as possible if the commission is meant to be a birthday gift or holiday related. However, there is no guarantee the commission will be provided in time as this will vary with the available time we have as well as previous commissions. We will not "jump the line" for a new commission that has a time frame.
♦ Do not send us more than one commission at a time. If you have multiple requests, please keep it in the same note thread.
♦ Note us with commission type and details in a SINGLE email. REVIEW THE EMAIL BEFORE SENDING IT.
♦ Once a commission has been accepted, we will reply to the note stating that we have sent you your invoice. The invoice number will be included in the response for documentation.
♦ Reference required for all commissions.
♦ Please check the progress of your commission on our Trello account. If there is an issue, for example your commission is not on our Trello, please contact us by note.
♦ We will never give clients the Sai file or PSD. Only PNGs.
♦ We will choose which commissions we will be posting to our gallery.
♦ Once you receive the commission, you can post it, use it as an icon, write stories for it, ect. There is no limitations for the commission you purchased from us.
♦ If we do something wrong (like miss a detail), tell us.
♦ We ONLY accept payment through PayPal.
♦ Commissions will only be started once the commission is paid in full. Once paid in full, it will be added to our queue in Trello.
♦ Once we're paid, you cannot change the commission to another commission type.
♦ Again, if you don't follow or read our rules, We're not obligated to accept your commission.
♦ If you break any of these rules while we're doing your commission, we're not obligated to finish it. If we choose not to continue the commission after you break the rules, We will notify you with a note stating the Terms of Service and which one(s) you broke.
♦ If you’ve paid us and have not broken our terms, we WILL finish the commission.
♦ We DO NOT give refunds once the work has been started.
♦ If you have any questions regarding our rules or if some things aren’t clear, feel free to contact us through note.
If you accept our ToS, send a note with the following:
1. Subject: YCH 'Name'
2. Character reference
3. PayPal email (so we can send an invoice)
