Wow, It has certainly been a minute or two.
This may change if I ever get around to doing art the way I want to. Nevertheless, art is not not something that has come up much this past year. More like work, Hurrican Maria dislocating my folks, moving to a great condo and finding out that our roommates is leaving us early.
I quit Dominos as a side job, still rocking Behavioral stuff for my day job. I also did some more uber, came back from that to try to work a professional mental health side job (losing that soon for REASONS - it's where Candra works, they dont like spouces working together). And since finding out the roommate thing.. I'm back at that pizza HUSTLE.
So no, no art going on. Which is a shame. I enjoy doing it. If anyone has any cool art ideas or characters you want me to mess with, I would be happy to give it a shot. I mainly have time for a sketch, otherwise fleshing something out nowadays might take like 2 weeks for a color piece if I get the time. Nevetheless.. okay.
Oh, and yeah...
FURSUIT NEARS. I talked to my maker, and they are aiming for but not promising it for MFF. Let's hope for the best.
Three years in the making. I am ready, hahaha.
I will not bore you with wedding stuff, but we will be getting married on the Mass coast on June 1st 2019. Just secured the place.
For Cons.... unfortunately, I have missed every furry con this year. We will only be going to MFF, with the help of some good friends. We could have made more, but the economic strain of having a debt-free wedding and high rent.. whooyeah.
2020 should be a good year for cons. Personally I would like to return to AC, and might try megaplex or FWA, as well my personal favorite, ANE.
For next year (2019... budget, budget, budget. We will likely miss ANE, unless we run into money we feel comfortable with not spending much. We may go to MFF 19 if 18 proves to be fun! We will wait and see, bit chances are high. Alternative is perhaps one of the new smaller cons earlier in the year in PA, or perhaps go alone to Furpocalypse.
And I believe that's the rundown! I might make a separate mention for car issues and fun times.
