DISCLAIMER
♦ For my own legal protection, the client must be eighteen (18) years or older to order any mature or NSFW works, including participating in any NSFW/mature YCH's, requests, art trades, etc. Anyone I find who has lied about their age will have any money refunded, the commission/artwork deleted immediately, and their account blacklisted indefinitely, even after the client has turned 18. No exceptions.

THE ARTIST'S RIGHTS
♦ I reserve all artistic rights to the image I've drawn, and can use the drawn image for any use I see fit, including promotional work or advertisement. This also means that the Client may not use my artwork in any commercial way. (IE: they may not resell my work)
♦ I reserve the right to post my image to my FF gallery.
♦ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason and without explanation.
♦ I reserve the right to watermark my image anywhere I see fit.

THE CLIENT'S RIGHTS
♦ Once the commission is paid for and completed image delivered, the Client has the right to use the image for any personal, NON PROFITABLE reasons, so long as credit is given back to me (The Artist)
♦ You have the right to ask for a refund. Refunds follow the guidelines listed below.
♦ Artwork involving the Client's characters will not be resold by me, and will solely belong to the Client (IE: I will not draw your character and then turn around and sell the same piece of artwork to someone else.)

PRICING, PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
♦ Base prices are nonnegotiable. I will say if a commission/YCH has a negotiable price, otherwise don't ask.
♦ Paypal USD only. I will ask for half of the commission price upfront before I begin work. After the sketch is complete, I will ask for the remaining balance. After that, I will complete the commission. I will then send you the completed version. If I choose, I will then post a fully watermarked version to my gallery.
♦ I will give you an estimate of how many days I feel the commissioned work will take, so you have an idea of when you can expect WIP's or the full picture. Please be aware these dates are not set in stone, as I may overshoot/undershoot. If the image in question takes longer than I had anticipated, I will reach out to you with an updated schedule.
♦ For commissions under 15 dollars, I will want the full price paid upfront. You will still receive a WIP when the sketch is complete
♦ When you recieve the WIP, THAT is the time to tell me of any errors I have made. After the commission is fully complete, I will only go back to fix minor mistakes (IE: Wrong eye color, missed patterns, thumb on the wrong side, etc.)
♦ Once the image is complete, NO REFUNDS.
♦ Refunds will work as such:
---♦ Full Refund: I have not started the commission.
---♦ 3/4 Refund: I have more than half the sketch complete
---♦ 1/2 Refund: I have more than half the line art complete
---♦ 1/4 Refund: I have completed colors and have just begun shading.

YCH SPECIFIC
♦ If you hide your bid or suddenly pull the bid after you've won, you may be blocked from future auctions should I deem your intents malicious.
♦ After the Auction is complete, I will contact you within 24 hours. Payment is expected within 72 hours, with an additional note 48 hours in. Should I not receive payment, I will move on to the 2nd place winner and your prize is forfeit. An additional 24 hours can be negotiated, but this will be decided on a case by case basis.
♦ All instructions/limits will be listed in the YCH's info slot, and it's up to you to read and understand what they are.
♦ YCH slots marked ♀️ mean the character is required to have a vagina (or possibly breasts, depending on the context of the YCH). YCH slots marked ♂️ mean the character is required to have a penis. YCH slots marked ⚥ have no genitalia requirements. The slots do not correspond specifically to the gender identity of each individual character and are not meant to exclude trans characters, but to signify what genitalia is required to make the YCH pose work as intended. There is zero tolerance for any hateful comments towards GNC/Transgender characters, and I will hide all comments/blacklist all users involved in such behavior, "joking" or otherwise.

WILL/WILL NOT DRAW
♦ I will draw just about any fetish. There are a few that I will not do, however. You are of course free to enjoy whatever you like, but there are some that I am just not comfortable drawing. Those include:
---♦ Scat/Watersports
---♦ Diapers/Baby Furs
---♦ Hyper Muscles (More for just lack of talent with drawing muscles)
---♦ Hyper Inflation through any means (Air, water, food, etc)
♦ This list is open, and any fetishes can be added without warning.
♦ I will not draw any mature/nsfw works involving a character under the age of eight (18), even if the main theme of the drawing is supposed to be comedic. I will also not draw anything incestual.
♦ I will NOT, nor will I EVER draw anything bashing another group of people. (Such as anything racist, sexist, or homophobic.) Don't even ask. No exceptions.
