i found a page for bipolar fa users but it seems like it's inactive...? which is a bit of a bummer because at this point i stronger suspect i have bipolar type ii (having experienced both hypomania and mixed states) and it's something that's pretty new to me because i am, at this point, diagnosed formally with unipolar depression and am taking an snri antidepressant, which helps my depressive states but doesn't help hypomania or mixed states much...
i might see if there are any more active groups like that, because it'd be really helpful to me, i think.
