Dragon features
I'll give you a LOT of reference images, just to give ideas and let you know the sorts of dragon features I like, but please feel free to make some changes.
If it's too much information, let me know what information you'd like to have and I can rewrite it.
Color of dragon: Red, predominantly. But I want some black in his coloration and some smoke coming out of the nostrils or mouth (probably nostrils). Regarding smoke, I'd prefer it not to seem super dirty; it gets a bit dirty in this pic: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23664750/

Overall body shape: For this pic, I'm aiming for a feral dragon.
Belly scale pattern: As here - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23345874/ . I like the neck/back ridges, proportions and bend in neck, and overall musculature here, as well. Not fixed on it, and looking for a different position, but definitely really nice.
Skin: Scaled, textured. No fur/hair. Preference for detailed scales, like the arms in: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17623370/
Horns: Dark grey or black horns are pretty appealing at the moment.
Slight curve is good, like this:

Coming out on either side of the back of the head. I don't like front central horns, though I've seen a dragon or two with a back central horn and that's been potentially interesting.

I also like his facial shape/structure. I also really like this one, perhaps even more than the previous: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23374860/. I also looove the back texture on this last one.
Tail: Dinosaur flavor, like this - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23555628/ - but getting quite elongated and thin at the end - a finger's width or two
Facial features: I do like the whiskers of the Bob Basset dragon mask in my profile. Also this pic: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/21566516/
I'm tempted to get a nose ring through the septum.
If the dragon has ears, then put them behind the horns, like this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23445446/
Eyes: Red. Possibly Red/orange fire-like glow.
Facial Expression: Teeth, predatory, playing with prey. Something like http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15561363/ without the underbite, or http://www.furaffinity.net/view/22655891/, except with teeth, or http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23623764/
Wings: Unsure. I've seen some with and without wings that I enjoy. It's not a huge thing for me either way.
Back: I prefer ridges, I think more than horns/spikes in the back and definitely more than fin-like things. As mentioned before, this is pretty ideal: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23374860/
I like texture here, like the ridges in the face of http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23733709/
Tongue: Forked, dark red or black. Shape like Theo: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/22437907/

Collar around neck: Black leather collar with silver or dark metal hardware.

Or more mountainous. As you prefer.
There is a metal circle in the floor, with a rope attached to it. Rope leads all the way off the picture on the bottom, towards the viewer.
Situation for commission #1:
Dragon is taking up most of the frame, and is looking at the viewer. Viewer's leg/paw is visible on the bottom of the picture. End of dragon's tail is curled around viewer's leg/paw/claw (species of viewer can be your choice).
