Terms Of Service
*I do not do holds on YCH’s (your character here)
*I have the right to reject ANY commission I do not feel comfortable with drawing
*you MAY post any of my art that was meant for YOU just make sure to give me proper credit
*think before you bid. Backing out during an auction will result in blacklist
*refunds will only be given if I decide I will take too long on a piece or cannot complete it (avg wait of 1-3 months per piece)
*partial payments (payment plans) must be agreed to prior to bidding or getting a commission (terms will be discussed on a case by case basis) If you cannot follow payment plans / communicate payment issues with me I may cancel the commission
*you will not have a saved place on my queue unless a commission is completely paid for (this means you piece WILL NOT be worked on until full payment is received)
*minor changes to WIPs (work in progress) are free, major changes will cost extra. Changes will not be made until extra fees are paid for. You have a week to pay for changes from the date they are requested otherwise the commission will be finished as is. Changes are only optional during the sketch stage, once the sketch is approved I will not make changes
*you must have an idea of what you would like when commissioning me. I will not be responsible for extra fees you will need to pay due to having to resketch a commission
*adoptables are yours to do whatever you’d like with, just give proper credit to me (you may change them up, resell them, etc)
*communicate if a piece is for commercial use, will be an additional 50% fee
*if something is being bought as a gift the person paying for it must be in contact with me prior to the commission being purchased. Not the person receiving the gift, this will help if there are any changes that may add additional fees
*My commissions can take from a couple weeks up to a few months. Times can vary depending on the commission being purchased. If you have a goal date in mind, speak to me about it prior to purchasing a commission. If youd like the commission finished in 5-10 days itll be an additional $50. If youd like a commission finished in 11-20 days itll be an additional $25. Anything further out wont require a rush order fee.
*I will not alter my art style for a commission. I assume you are commissioning me because you want my art style for a custom piece
*you DO NOT have the right to mint/sell the commissioned artwork for NFT
