Purchasing and Payment
» Payments will be made through Paypal utilizing the invoice feature. All purchases will be for the exchange of digital goods, meaning no shipping is required. Once the exchange is complete, the invoice tracking label will be marked as processed, confirming that no tracking numbers are necessary.
» Prices are in USD; any other currency but be converted through Paypal and it must be equivalent to the USD price.
» I prefer payment upfront. However, I'm willing to work out a down payment if you aren't comfortable with this. (ONLY applicable to orders over $40)
» All payments are final and there will be no refunds unless absolutely necessary (i.e. if I'm unable to complete the commission.)
» When you purchase, please be able to provide a decent and detailed reference of your character. I'm not responsible for any mistakes in the design that aren't clear through the reference provided.
Offers
» Guidelines for YCH will be posted per submission, and must be regarded seriously and thoroughly.
» Guidelines for Adopts will be posted per submission, and must be regarded seriously and thoroughly.
» In the case of Limited Time Offers, the rules will be posted per submission. Extending the offer is not negotiable and will only be decided by me, the artist.
» Sales are temporary and only happen occasionally. They are decided only by me and are not negotiable.
» As the artist, I reserve the right to provide occasional discounts as deemed appropriate by me.
Time Frame
» Each offer has an estimated time of completion. However, these times are not final.
» If the time frame exceeds the listed estimate, you will be contacted immediately. If, and only if, the time will take significantly longer than originally stated, I may offer cancellation of the purchase. If this cancellation is agreed upon by the buyer, then a full refund will be issued.
» If a specific deadline is requested, additional charge may be added depending on how soon it's required.
» If, and only if, I as the artist am unable to complete the commission by the agreed deadline, the commission can be canceled upon the buyer's request and a full refund will be granted.
» I reserve the right to deny any requested deadlines should I deem them impossible to meet.
» As the artist, I am the judge of whether or not a cancellation and refund will be issued.
Regarding the Artist
» I reserve the right to decline any commission or work should I wish. Personal explanation is not owed.
» Once your piece is finished, I will more than likely be posting it to my gallery or using it as a sample for further commissions. If you're uncomfortable with this, let me know and we can discuss.
» I maintain rights to the finished product as the artist. While the piece is granted ownership to you, you are not permitted to claim creation of the product by any means.
» Credit to me isn't always necessary. However, if I see you posting my art and claiming to have drawn it, I will request that you credit me or remove it immediately. If this is not done, further serious actions will be taken.
