Let Sleeping Dragons Lie

Typing this as I'm stuck under a sleepy toddler. :P
I am back now as we have figured out our internet provider problems, I did dump what art I finished while I was gone. Slowly getting back into the swing of things, trying to get caught up with watching youtube videos and getting out of a depression slump. While I was gone I did a skull boil so I might be switching gears and trying to do some skull carving in the few rabbit, squirrels and mice that had died around the house. I'll be adding arm and leg bones to Tinker's outfit once everything is fished out of the horrible stew that was left over. Had some spines in there too, ANYWHOO. I'm back still trying to be creative!
Some really cool news, I talked to a friend I haven't seen in almost 10 years who lives over in New York, she had shown someone some of my REALLY old work and said that they really liked it. Well the thing is, they do art gallery showings of young blood... If they like what my style has evolved into, I might have a chance to go to New York and have a gallery opening... I'm still trying to wrap my head around it, I mean on one hand could my art work stand on its own? Is it something that people would actually want to see? Could I pull myself away for who knows how long from both my child and my husband to go do the show? I'm still not sure but I'll let you guys know what happens when I figure things out.
