General
This is my terms of service for commissions! Please read this before you decide to commission me! Any questions you might have about this, please just send me a note about it!
-I reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason. Please don't harass me if I don't think I can draw what you want.
-I am a full-time student, and I travel frequently for my competitive video game career. Most commissions will be worked on Tuesday evenings, Wednesday afternoons, and weekends.
-I will not work in the order of my queue. I'll draw whatever I feel I can work on that day, with priority given to commissions over trades and freebies. If you want to know about the progress of your art, just leave me a
shout or note!

-For all simple art larger than just a headshot, I will draw a preliminary sketch, show you, and make minor changes as requested. When you're happy, I'll send an invoice via Paypal. Once I receive the payment:
-for pencil sketches, I'll clean it up, scan it in, and send you both the scan and a final picture.
-for digital art, I'll scan it in and start the final lineart. I will inform you via note (and probably post a journal too) if I will be streaming the process on my Twitch channel, twitch.tv/capsui.
-For reference sheets and character designs, I will be in constant contact with you regarding the design. I am always available via email, with alternate communication forms as requested. You will get several sketches over the course of the project, and can request additional details or progress requests at any time.
-Reference sheets will require payment once I assemble sketches for all parts of the modular sheet. I will send an invoice for the total amount required before I begin the final lineart.
-Character design payment will be a flat fee up front (shown on the sheet) with additional payment requested if you decide to add more to your character, such as polished artwork or a ref sheet.
-Major changes (more than just adding/subtracting a few details) will result in an additional fee of 50% of the option price. Complete do-overs, such as if I mess up a major aspect of the character or if another pose is requested after the sketch is finalized, will be free if it's my fault but full price if it is by request.

-Other questionable subjects (if you have to ask, the answer is probably no)
