The first is the "X" Scar on his face, the second, being the "X" Scar that his shirt is hiding, (the X on the shirt is the same size and place as the one on his chest), and the white glowing thing is where his last scar is. It's just a dot. All scars are the same color as the one on his face.
Oh, and his hair is slightly shorter than the one in the first pic. I'd say it's as long as my current avatar.
