Terms of Service:
★ Orders should not be rushed. [time is required for a good suit]
★Price must be agreed on
★Material should be provided/payed for if the maker does not have the right materials fit for the customer [material payment will be applied to the total]
+if material is provided by the customer it must be sent to the maker as soon as possible
+If the maker provides the material the customer is required to pay for material
★If the customer is to back out from an order during/after suit is completed refunds are not available
★if a customer pays partial of the price that is owed and backs out ABSOLUTELY no refund will be given. However we will be substituting your half pay that will suit the price you payed. Ex. Art will be given instead of the fursuit
★Deposits for material are not refundable[as in the customer sends the maker money for material]
★Issues with the product that is in fault of the maker can be fixed free of charge.
+If the fault is on the customer(Ex. False measurements, size difference later on, damage to costume by the customer, etc...) charge will be necessary if wanting to get fixed.
★Customer must be active with communicating[responding to e-mails when needed]
+If customer has not responded to an e-mail within 1 week the process will be delayed. After the delay if the customer still has no response within another 1 week the order will the cancelled without refund.
NOTE: If the customer has any issues with communication please notify us(Ex your going out of town, your computer isn't working, you're being hospitalized, etc)
★Payment method: PAYPAL ONLY. [Note: Accepting checks are on rare occasions we will most likely not be accepting checks.
★US shipping only(if you're willing to pay all shipping and extra fees we will make an acception to ship other than the USA)
★NO REFUNDS [if anything is wrong with the fursuit that happened under my accord I can fix it free of charge]
