FA accounts without email addresses

For as long as I can remember, I logged in to FA without an email address. These types accounts are for users that want to stay anonymous (such as me), don't know their own email address, or don't even have an email address at all. My main account, 
Kage Night Blight, did not have an email address because I wanted to stay anonymous. Somebody told me that some people died as furries because their real name was mentioned (or so I worry about). And I did not want that to happen. I wanted to be anonymous for much safer reasons. Now, that FA was attacked and they had to reset our passwords, I can no longer get back to Kage Night Blight. I even had to make an accout WITH an email address. Now, I believe they went a little overboard. Hopefully they fix my situation. I sent them 2 emails about my problem. I don't know what they are going to do about accounts without email addresses. I worry that they're not gonna do anything about them at all. So, why not help accounts without email addresses?
