We have recently come to the unfortunate conclusion that our shipping cost policies must be updated. We had several international orders in this last shipment that have essentially negated any profits from the entire shipment (approx 15 orders), and then some. It had never been an issue before, but something changed to make shipping internationally prohibitively expensive. However, we don't want to exclude or foreign furry friends completely, so the following rates are in effect immediately.
**Domestic shipping for any package is included in the item's cost.
**International shipping for any flat package (i.e. containing only badges) will be $3.
**International shipping for any non-flat package (i.e. containing at least one collar) will be $10.
**Tracking for international shipments is an additional $15.
Mind you, we will gain virtually nothing by implementing these costs; it all will go toward the cost of shipping (give or take a dollar or two depending on the destination). If we didn't have to do this, we wouldn't. But we can't afford to be taking losses because of shipping costs.
