All is explained is thorough detail in Da Rules, but I'll pull out a relevant passage here:
What is it?
A furry art collection of pictures of characters fapping to pictures of
characters fapping to characters ... you get the idea. What happens at the
end of the line? You'll have to follow it through to find out.
The Infinite Fap Project, or IFP, is the warped offspring of an original
work by Dr. PT{1} which was then remixed by Enden{2}. Somewhere along the
line, someone{3} noticed that this could be continued indefinitely if
people wanted to, and that it'd be a damn fine excuse for some good
ol'playful furry porn. It'd also be eerily similar to the nicely strange
Infinite Cat Project{4} out there on the Interwebs, only pornier.

Some things to look forward to:
-A more succinct, visual explanation of Da Rules for those with shorter attention spans (like, me, for example). Da Rules take a while to read, but they are there for your protection and to protect the artists up and down the line from you.
-A better logo: designed by you! The current logo lacks a certain... je ne sais quois. If you can come up with a better one, pls let us know!
It might take a while for the ball to get rolling here (i.e. get artists to start making IFP pics) - but we are hoping this will eventually snowball into a rather grand testiment to the power of Fap, and yes, Porn. Contribute! Spread the word! Forward the IFP!

But the thing you need to add is that the one that stated it (Dr-pt) should have fapping to the last fap pic, like right now dr-pt pic should be fappin to Enden's pic. This is a perfect example on what I am trying to say http://www.ebaumsworld.com/2006/06/.....illusion.html.
