I am so sorry if anyone hasn't heard from me in awhile my mind has been in a really dark place and I was starting to think about some very dangerous stuff and I decided not to come on here and talk so that I wouldn't cause anyone to get triggered or think I was in harm . I would feel horrible if I made anyone feel bad , but I guess that not talking to anyone was hurting you as well I am so sorry and I just wanted to let everyone know I am ok and I am getting some help for these dark thoughts.
