So... I just completed the Neutral Ending of my playthrough (due to unmentionable reasons... *sob*), and on my way for a Pacifist run. And I have to say... damn. This game is one of the best games I have played in a while (although that doesn't amount to much with my recent video-game schedule), but it is not for the faint of heart. The whole game centers around if you kill or show mercy, and either way, it gets screwed up fast. I have yet to see any other endings of this point, but the entire journey that I have experienced so far is so bizarre and humorous. The characters are disturbingly amazing, although I won't give too much detail there. The dodge system is bullet-dodging gold, with multiple variations of attacks to keep you on your toes (I will admit that some of them surprise attacked me down to dangerously low health). The story was so fun to traverse... no spoilers. And the music is way too catchy, I will forever have one particular battle theme stuck in my head forever. For any fan of EarthBound-esque humor coupled with pseudo-danmaku mechanics, I highly recommend this game.
