Late replies and maybe some beta reading?

Hey, just want everyone to know, commenters on my fics, and people who I PM with, sorry for my late replies! We've got a new manager at work, and he's driving me crazy with his bad handling after only 3 days of working with him... I am a night shift supervisor, and I already run really late hours, but it usually isn't any later than 1230 on weekends. Last night however, I returned home at 2:45 AM, because of my manager's REALLY poor planning.
So, since I'm starting to think (though I REALLY hope I'm wrong) that this is gonna start to become the standard fare under this manager, my already late replies might just end up being later than normal. I DO appreciate ALL the comments I receive on my stories though, I like to hear feedback like that!
Speaking of feedback, I'd be interested in getting a few possible betareaders for some of my work. I have quite a few WIP stories, of varied subjects, from really dark, to straight up smut, to maybe some action/thriller stuff. If anyone knows of any betareading groups on here, or perhaps would like to offer to beta read themselves, feel free to let me know!
I will ask however, that you give an in depth opinion please! As much as I like hearing 'Yeah it's good', that doesn't really point out mistakes or tell me if the tone is off in some places ^^;
