Aye. I could not agree more. Now...combine that with turkey (also smoked), tomato, lettuce, cheese (Pepperjack or Provolone), stone-ground mustard, and a little homemade mayo. And put that on 9 or 12 Grain bread.
Not if you can open your mouth a little wider.....
Or....ooorrrrr....use the bacon like a side of fries. Ooooo.....bacon fries.
