Well, as my clock ticks past midnight, it sort of marks day 14 of mine and
Toki_Raksha's diet. I'm down at least 10 pounds, maybe 12 or 13, and my body is adjusting to ketosis pretty well.
This is a good diet as far as health, and results, but it is quite strict.
And that's okay, because I can still enjoy eating, and eat foods I like, just no carbs.
The "no" in "no carbs" is probably a very good thing for me, since "a few" or "some" can so easily blossom into "too many, but that's okay this once".
Dieting is hard, for most people, it may be impossible, the human mind only has so much willpower, after all.
