General
I'm sure this won't be the first journal you all see about this, but yesterday we lost a legend. The name behind many of the pokemon games, including all of generation 3, and the pokemon mystery dungeon games on the GBA and DS. We can only hope that the one to succeed him, will be just as good.

Very sad day indeed. Honestly I'm worried about Nintendo now that he's gone. I hope the new president can do a good job as well, as long as it isn't Miyamoto or someone crazy I'm fine.

The current thought is MIyamoto, and really I don't see why not miyamoto, he knows how nintendo works and he wouldn't be the worst for it, what's your reason for not wanting miyamoto?

Mainly because he seems to be close to retirement, so a short term president isn't a good idea in general. That's pretty much it.

From what I know of MIyamoto, he would only retire if he was physically incapable of doing his job, much like Iwata who stuck arround even when he knew his time was approaching.

Well, I hope so at least. I just hope the next president can do just as good of a job.

That's all any of us can hope isn't it? Iwata did so much for nintendo, including gaining control of the handheld market and pushing it to constantly innovate.
