1. Q: What does the symbol on your icon represent?
A: The symbol (kolovrat swastika) on our icon represents the ancient Slavic god of sun, it is also one of the three Slavic symbols. Slavs believed that each time the wheel spins full circle, one person's "Cycle of Life" has "refreshed", therefore, it is also the symbol of the Cycle of Life.
Note that not all swastikas are nazi swastikas, all three Slavic symbols are swastikas, not every swastika represents the nazi.
2. Q: Who are Slavs?
A: Slavs are a nation that originated from the area of today's Poland, but back in the 7th century. Ancient, or also called "old" Slavs were there for centuries before that happened. In the 7th century, when Huns invaded Europe, all nations started to move to different areas, and the Slavic nation was split on South Slavs, East Slavs and West Slavs. The South Slavs are Slovenes, Croats, Bosniaks, Serbs, Montenegrins, Macedonians and Bulgarians. The East Slavs are Russians, Belarusians and Ukrainians. And The West Slavs are Poles, Czechs and Slovaks. Many other Slav nations did not manage to create their own country, so they just left with the others, and that is mainly due to very small numbers of their population. And since then, now we have the beautiful Slavic countries: Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Serbia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Belarus, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro. Before 7th century, Slavs were a very mythological nation, and they invented many creatures that are present in most of today's famous books and movies, like fairies and certain types of werewolves.
3. Q: Why aren't we using Slavic languages?
A: We are not using Slavic languages because there are too many of them to fit on the page, and if we put only a couple, it would be a little discriminating for other Slavs who's language has not been put on the page. We want to keep every Slavic nation equal, and to achieve that, so far English is the best language. Maybe in the near future we will add Slavic languages on the page, but for now, you will have to read things on English.
Don't get us wrong, you are allowed to use any language you wish in comments or when talking to us or some of the members, as long as they are fine with that, but we will always use English until we find a better solution.
Once, and if we do decide to put all Slavic languages on the page, there will still be English for visitors, because we are not only supported by Slavs, and not all Slavs know a Slavic language. Also, when and if we will put all Slavic languages on the page, we will be looking for translators which will translate English to Specified Slavic Language. The group owners obviously do not know every Slavic language hence we will need volounteers to translate, if they wish to do so.
Feel free to ask us anything, and we will answer in this journal! :)

If any geopolitical unification in the Balkan area is to be spoken about, it will only end unwell. As the only unions that are able to be held are the ones inspired by former Yugoslavia or the WWII political borders. In both cases, it did not end well, but if there has to be a capital it will either be Zagreb (Nazi) or Belgrade (Socialist). Maybe Sarajevo?

The conservatives run the government
The Symbol there ,often seen on Buddha Statues, is a symbol of fortune and success.
Obviosuly, inverting the symbol of fortune and success also inverted it's meaning...
XD
My Observation is that the majority of individuas want's to live in peace.
It's people that want power but lack the empathy and / or the intelligence to extrapolate the long term results of their actions, but have the charismatic personality to lure others to join their cause, that ensure that stuff blows up.
If all people would realize that they all are human, and thus depend on a working society around them, depend on a healthy ecosphere to provide food and supplies, and that, whilst it is true that one cannot live in peace when the neighbour won't let one, the first to suffer always will be the children, and that a good friend is worth more than a dead enemy, humanity might indeed be able to build a path into the future we all can travel along on.
Be safe, and live in peace.
Nazi swastika, inverted => Luck inverted => Sucks bollocks.
History is such a fun thing =)
